Our experience with Chad was outstanding. From the moment my wife and I met with him, his demeanor, professionalism and willingness to listen to our thoughts and wishes for the property made it clear he not treating this like “just another sale.” We walked the property and he took his time to look at each building with an open eye and to think beyond the obvious; he saw the history behind the walls and his eye caught the beauty that others hadn’t called out. During this entire time, Chad was available to answer questions, assuage fears and give us continued confidence in the process.
