Awesome complex with nice amenities should you choose to use them! Lived here just under two years. Easy to use app for rent payments and reporting concerns. Responsive staff. My unit in building 9 had a nice view of the mountain, and was relatively quiet. Good storage space, my only constructive advice would be to upgrade the in unit washer/dryer to a larger size if possible as we had to take bedding elsewhere. Moving out pics attached 🙂 .

My son rented from them two years ago. On move-in there were dead bugs on the kitchen counters and the balcony was filthy. Due to his roommates bailing on him, he moved home before the lease was up. Wellington took him to collections for the breaking the lease and my son paid it off over the next year. Suddenly, two years later, they are taking him to collections again. The whole original amount was paid off. They will not send a paper account of debt and payments. They have sent two emails, each with different amounts. The managers aren't ever available. The poor part-time gal is fielding many similar calls since their records are a shambles. I would not recommend renting from such a poorly run complex.
Update: their response is a template and completely insincere. I have reached out 5 times in one day with no call back. (How about YOU call ME back?) Save yourself from poor and disinterested management.

Absolutely do not live here. Everything falls apart. Washer and dryer are ancient and take 3/4 times to dry anything. Appliances are horrible and everything is off level. Office staff is rude and packages go missing from the amazon hub. The gym is disgusting and caked with grime. The carpets are disgusting from previous tenants and were never cleaned or replaced prior to moving in. The doors don’t even close properly. Not to mention the algae outside on the pavement which becomes a slip and slide with any amount of rain.

Horrible, mold and mildew when I moved in, dirty place. So dissapointed that I didn't look deeper into it before I moved in. These apartments are not upkept very well, even the roof is packed with moss... my last apartments kept up with that. Even the decks are discusting and the door is falling off from water damage 🤮 if I wanted something like this I might as well had moved to bremerton.

We moved in February 2023 and have had a neighbors massive two dogs bark almost 24/7 and they have had complaints since October. Seven months of the staff not taking any complaints seriously. The balcony we have above us smells so bad of dog urine.
The apartment isn’t as nice as the pictures on the website make it seem and it looks neglected. Most of the doors have gaps, the laundry door is off level, inside of the heaters was inches of dust & dirt, all of the windows have weird black stains that wont come off, the dryer looks really old & takes multiple cycles to dry even without any bulky hoodies or jackets, damage from a previous dog, the bottom of the walls in the rooms are busted up, etc. You can hear everything upstairs if you live in a bottom unit, we’ve always lived in bottom units and have never had a building that’s this thin. For example, you can clearly hear the words of the songs someone plays.

RUN AWAY if you don't like overpriced, unkept, poorly managed, dirty apartments that are unsafe having frequent criminal activity. They won't fix the lighting issues outside. The parking is a nightmare. They refuse to salt the steep parking lot in the winter, so you'll be unable to get to work. They'll ignore maintenance requests and then do the worst job possible if they show up at all. The management has buddies that break into cars. The pool is cleaned 1X a year. The mailboxes were ran into and never replaced. Rent increases EVERY SINGLE YEAR. Dog poo everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. Open access to behind the apartments for thieves. Interior doors used on the outside. They chronically ignore safety hazards that are simple to correct. Broken sprinklers. No pressure washing ever resulting in green scum on all the porches, walkways and decks. Super fun when it's wet, btw. They'll keep painting over broken doors and out of date hardware. NO AC. Inadequate ventilation. You'll especially love hearing your neighbors and their pets all night long. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Cory repaired the front room heater. 👌 He had to reset the thermal overload on the heater👌 we placed a box in front of the heater during moving, and the protection circuit tripped. 👌 he took the time to explain what caused the problem 👌 we now maintain clear space in front of the heater 👌

We came back and found the washer machine kind of popped out of its location and there was still a big puddle in the kitchen. Also the dishwasher was ran while we had clean dishes in there and got stopped mid cycle so we had to wash them again.
