I'm more than happy to write this review for Wen and her team. Wen group help me sell a townhome in March 2023. The selling price is historically highest price in the community. I have really good experience with Wen group. In past few years I got involved in several real estate transactions because of my own business. So I encountered with several realtors and work with them. I have to say Wen is really putting effort on every details of selling, from preparation, documentation, marketing and negotiating. What sets her apart from other realtor is that she thinks about every potentials to enhance your home selling. Most of time if you put your heart into something, you will get good outcome. This is why her group has really good performance in the market. Second, Wen has good sense of market, she would always keep tracking the market trend and adjust strategy accordingly. She likes to keep flexibility. Lastly, her architect expertise will definitely benefit home selling. Sometimes minor revision or updating of home will gain significant result.
