Wendell is phenomenal. Originally my husband and I planned to try to find a house without a realtor by just going to open houses and handling everything on our own, but through that process we met Wendell and very quickly realized the process would be smoother with his support. Wendell took what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience and helped make it relaxing and exciting. From viewing houses all the way to the closing day, Wendell walked us through every step of the process and even connected us with an incredible loan officer. I came across Wendell by chance; he was hosting one of the many open houses that I happened upon one weekend, and I was just hoping to get some insight into the market. This was at a time when mortgage interest rates were rising from their historic low, but sellers were still receiving multiple offers at or above asking price – some as much as 10-15% over asking – and the realtors that I had come across didn’t have much interest in speaking with me given that I wasn’t prepared to submit any offer above asking. Wendell, however, wasn’t dissuaded from my hesitance, and took the time to speak with me about the market trends. Wendell stated that he would assist me in any way once I was ready to enter the market. As luck would have it, I found my dream home the following month and immediately reached out to Wendell. It was still a seller’s market, but Wendell was confident that we would be successful in purchasing the home at a price with which I would be comfortable. Sure enough, with Wendell’s doing, the seller accepted our below-market offer. I firmly believe that my purchase was achieved solely by Wendell’s professionalism, knowledge, and character. Wendell is a genuine, good person who can be trusted to give his all in a professional and sincere manner.

I would highly recommend Wendell to anyone looking for an exceptional agent. I was a first time home buyer and looking to buy a home 4 hours from where I was currently living. Wendell was recommended to me from a friend and I'm thankful he was. He made the process so easy that I felt comfortable and prepared every step of the way. Wendell found listings for us under our criteria and sent us all the information and pictures we needed. He found us a place where we wanted to go and under our price range all the while dealing with us via phone/email. I was referred to Wendell from a friend and im glad I was. Wendell was very professional, assessed my situation and was able to provide a clear road map on what was needed to Sell my property. Wendell managed the remodeling for me, secured the necessary contractors and was able to stay within agreed budget. I appreciate the fact that he went beyond his normal "Realtor role" and was able to wear multiple hats. Not only did we finish the remodeling within 1 month, but was able to close escrow 30 days later. I highly recommend Wendell either its Selling or Buying, he will guide you through all the many hurdles of Real estate.
