Recommending Wendy is EASY!! She walked along side my husband and me as we search for our first home during 2020-2021. We toured so many houses and got outbid a lot but then Wendy helped us find our first home!! This home was so special to us; we brought our daughter home there. Then Wendy was there for us 2 years later when we needed to sell that home as we were relocating back to California to be near family. She made the sale so stress free and as parents with a baby at home we were so grateful for that. Wendy helped us get over asking price for our home. She is so patient and so knowledge about all things real estate. We truly felt so grateful to have Wendy as our realtor, we wish we could have brought her to California with us to show us homes there!

I have had the pleasure of working with Wendy twice, once when we bought our house and then again five years later when we sold. Since we are a military family, we were living on the other side of the country both when we bought our house and when we sold it. Wendy is an excellent communicator and always promptly responded to all of our questions. When we sold the house, she was even able to recommend a reliable contractor and supervise him making some improvements to the house. She put our minds at ease and despite the distance, I was never concerned about our home. If we ever move back to the Kitsap area Wendy will be our first call. Highly recommend!!!!!

Best real estate Agent! Wendy is easy to work with and has a ton of knowledge. I still send her emails on occasion to get her advise on who to hire to do some work around the house. Always has great advise!
