Exceeded My Expectations, A Great Real Estate Professional, Wendy Widhalm-Schlosser. I found myself in need of a real estate professional when I decided to place my condo on the market in Benicia. I was extremely fortunate to have found Wendy Widhalm-Schlosser after researching many real estate professionals in the area. I was an owner that had moved out of the area across the country and I was concerned about the market conditions, local economy, real estate market drivers and values. Wendy provided me with expert advice on how best to position my property for sale. This included advice about minor maintenance and painting that I was considering. We absolutely loved working with Wendy. We previously worked with an agent that didn't really seem to understand what we wanted and was not helpful during the process at all. Wendy listened to what we were looking for and had the experience to read between the lines of our desires to help us land on our forever home. She sent us many listings to review and was honest in her assessment of a home when we went to view a house (like if it was a shoddy flip or something seemed off). She was able to walk me (first time home buyer) through the entire process and was honest about what would make us competitive bidders. She is thoughtful and professional. I don't have enough good words to express our satisfaction in working with her. Highly recommend.
