Kirk (owner/realtor) at West Coast Properties has been our go-to-guy for more than 22 years. Our first experience was in 2001. We were looking for an investment property on the coast. Kirk found us the perfect small apartment complex in Morro Bay and helped with the very complicated 1031 exchange process. Seven years later we decided to move to the coast and called Kirk to help find us a home. He is very knowledgeable about all the different areas; schools, crime, shopping, property values etc. Kirk found us the perfect house in Atascdero and handled a challenging escrow with no problem. Even after escrow had closed, we had a couple of issues that he jumped on right away and got resolved. Last year we called Kirk again and asked for his help with purchasing an adjacent property to our home. He handled everything efficiently and to our best interest. If you want a realtor that knows how to get things done efficiently, in the right way and looks out for his clients that’s Kirk Najarian.
