My wife and I lived here for four years and only moved because of a job opportunity in another state. While the surrounding area isn’t great, the building itself is terrific, as are the units and staff. In particular, a big shoutout to Isabel, Wendy and Catherine who led a lot of the day-to-day admin, concierge and even leasing duties. Incredible views, great amenities and well-constructed and designed spaces. Not easy to find in downtown areas. If we ever move back to Seattle, we’ll definitely look at moving back in!

My experience at West Edge has been amazing. The Maintenance team is swift and communicate well if and whenever I need them. The community is very accommodating and pet friendly. The icing on the cake is the team at West edge. From the friendly and helpful faces of Wendy & Isabel at the front desk; and even admin and maintenance help from individuals like Ali, Ryan, and Ty, there is a friendly face ready to make this place feel like home.

Lastly, a big thumbs up to the event planning. There’s always something new to look forward to regarding the community. This is a great plus when you live in a city known for having “the freeze”. West Edge receives two thumbs up from me. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing splurge year in our apartment on the 30th floor at West Edge while our condo was being remodeled. The people made it great. Wish the rent didn’t shoot up by management for year two or may have stayed longer.
Those who made it great are the following: Isabel, Wendy and Amar in concierge (willing to assist with kindness daily), Garth and Ali K in maintenance (always there efficient and courteous), Ty E. and Mujeeb in the leasing office (timely correspondence). Thank you all for a great year!

West edge is a beautiful apartment building. Like way upper end. The views are incredible. Like one block away from pikes place. The atmosphere is electric and the staff are second to none

I am new to Washington State from Los Angeles. I viewed many apartments, looking for a view I had in mind. When I walked into the apartment, I decided to lease; the view was breathtaking. It was so beautiful!

Since leasing the apartment, I've been between LA and Seattle. I was in Seattle for two weeks and had to return to LA. I had furniture delivered, and the staff was so helpful, letting people up to make the delivery and with so many other things too. Everyone has been so accommodating in my absence.

I haven't lived in an apartment for a while, so this is an adjustment, but everyone from the concierge team to the leasing office and maintenance has been very friendly and helpful. Also, the leasing, maintenance, and concierge departments quickly respond to my questions or concerns. A shout-out to these lovely people at West Edge: Isabelle, Wendy, Daniel, Ammar, Ty, Zarth, and Ali. They have been helpful to me.

West Edge is a great place. The building is designed by one of the most prestigious architectural firms in Seattle and the world. The attention to detail is beautiful. The staff is wonderful too. Had a great tour with Ty and he clearly knows his stuff and showcased the building in a way that made it very attractive. Take a look if you're searching for a wonderful place to live.

The staff is great, particularly the concierge team. Isabel, Wendy and Amar are always ready to welcome you in with a smile.

The leasing office are ever ready to respond to your questions. The place is neat and beautiful!

Absolutely love living at West Edge! Rian and Ty are amazing and made the whole move-in process super easy. The building is seriously gorgeous with an awesome view, plus you're right in the middle of all the downtown action. Hands down the best apartment building downtown - couldn't be happier with my choice!
