Christian was a dream to work with when he sold our condo in Union City. My wife and I are living abroad, so were a bit nervous about doing this remotely, but Christian make it shockingly simple; he even worked with our tenant to find her a new rental property so she could vacate before end of lease and we could close the sale earlier to fit our buyer's key driver. We got the price we wanted, Christian made the entire process very simple and easy to understand, worked very well with our lawyer, negotiated well with the buyer's agent, and is very responsive and proactive. Plus he is a very nice guy. I feel really lucky to have found him on my own. Outstanding service from him and his colleague (and sister) Kelly. It's not easy finding someone who does such a good job and is truly focused on servicing you, so I am very impressed. Two thumbs way up.

Kelly Bastidas deserves more than 5 stars for her professionalism. I was searching for an Apt due to my landlord wanting to demolish the building. I met Kelly on Zillow and she showed me a couple of Apts. During our first meeting she was super nice and there’s was no pressure to rent immediately. It was hard for me to get an Apt due to my low credit score and me having a Pitbull. I ended up finding a place with my current landlord, but I truly appreciate Kelly’s efforts. She is really in this business to help others.

2. He won't encourage you to overbid. I remember my husband and I found an apartment we really loved, and it was after losing out on a few places already. We really wanted to win this one. Christian kept us logical when we put in our bid reminding us that the property likely won't appreciate much in that neighborhood. We didn't win that one, but now that I think back to it, I probably would have felt we wildly overpaid.

3. He's a really nice person. Christian helped us in whatever way he could in this long, arduous process and then he helped us even when we needed to renovate our home.

4. He doesn't work with a lot of clients at once so he can provide every client with unparalleled service.

He helped us find a fixer-upper in a fast appreciating neighborhood. We are so thankful to have gone through this process with him.
