I wonder how this guy is still continuing to maintain his license, while violating a lots of rules of his professional responsibility.
You are not only immoral but illegal as well.
You cannot charge 10% late rent penalty from the citizens of a city of which the 85% of the population is under food stamps. You cannot charge for a copied and pasted 3 day notice to the tenants. You are not allowed by the eviction proceedings to serve the three day notice to the tenants, because it supposed to be served by process server or by person that has no interest in the matter. All your actions are fraudulent and wrong and the tenants and property owners are your victims. You steal from both.
Tactics of an awful behavior with the tenants are indication of a fraud.

Lived in one of the rentals for 9 years, with little up keep from them. Then when my mom passed , I had to move and they say I owe them 4,400 in damage, lies. $1,300 for touch up paint . Worst company ever!

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They have a robot answering phone calls which makes it hard to reach an actual person. They discriminate on bankruptcies which makes it harder for people to restart their life for 10 years. 0/10 company and very unprofessional.

Most awful realtor and management company out there without a doubt. They took over management for a place I'd been in almost a year, promised to contact us about our new paperwork and instead never communicated and when we payed our rent the same way we had, he had been fees and claimed we were missing stuff on our end, when we'd even purchased new renters insurance for our specific breed if dog. I've dealt with bags of hammers with a better sense of logic and communication. Don't rent from West valley, they don't take care of you or the properties.

Byron young is the most insensitive person ever. One week late on rent do to family emergency and was at my door with a pay or quit notice. Rude , unprofessional, harassment, charged unnecessary fees to my account..never rent from them

My sister has lived in one of their houses for 10 days and is already having MAJOR issues. Plus the leasing agent Byron gave me all of her personal information over the phone with out verifying ANYTHING your info is not safe with them DO NOT do business with them.

EDIT: JUST AN UPDATE THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE FACT THE LANDLORD BYRON WOULD GO IN THE PROPERTY AND PEEP THROUGH THE WINDOWS. if you want a safe place to live Don't rent with them
