Shout out to Westbank! David Johnson for working with us to secure and renew the lease for a duplex for my mom and her service pup. And Kathy, the admin queen who is amazing at helping us get maintenance requests solved. We were a bit worried when we read the reviews but I had to get on here and share our experience because it’s been great. They have been awesome in terms of management of the duplex my mom is renting. Their online portal is super easy to use to make rent payments and maintenance requests. Service has been top notch and every issue from dishwasher not draining to pest control requests have been handled quickly. I had to write a review because my mom’s AC broke and they had someone out within two hours of logging a request in their portal. 🤩

I know she’s in good hands and we’ve renewed for our second year now. Thanks Westbank! Bless you all.

This is by far the worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. David, our main point of contact, only has his personal interests at heart. They ignored our maintenance requests regularly, took weeks to respond to emails and straight up lied about how they had responded to our requests. More than once David went back on agreements we had made with the company, in writing. He was all smiles and pleasant interactions at first but as soon as we had settled in, they effectively ignored everything from us except for our rent checks. I would never rent from this company again and I really encourage everyone else to find somewhere else to rent as well.

Unprofessional, will rip you off. Do not rent with them. My significant other lived at one of their properties and she and her roommates left the place spotless after hiring a professional cleaner. I helped them move and saw the place on the last day. There was nothing left. She and her roommates were only given a tiny portion of their deposit back. One of the reasons listed for the deposit not being given back was a broken drawer and blinds.They reported the broken items months ago, but never heard back from management.

They changed their name and now Westbank Management. Applied for an apartment and after the application went through, asked for security deposit in the form of money order or cashiers check. And said, will give me the lease 48 hours after receiving the money. Sounded like a scam artist to me.
