There truly aren’t enough stars to give to Westbrooke. This builder is phenomenal. Every step of the process has been meticulously planned out with above and beyond communication. We were very nervous about building a house because everyone knows there are issues that can arise. However, with their meticulous planning almost all stress was alleviated. There were minor hiccups here and there but with their phenomenal communication and attention to detail the issues were remedied immediately and in come cases without us having to say anything. They truly go above and beyond with their clients. It felt like we were their only clients. They’re very accommodating as well. Their subcontractors are wonderful and they’re clearly chosen for their craftsmanship. My only suggestion would be to have tiered upgrade packages but even their basic selections are nice and on trend just not exactly my style. If this wasn’t my forever home I would build with them again and cannot recommend them enough. Westbrooke homes is the definition of white glove customer service.

Westbrooke Homes is top notch! Their team is the most efficient I've ever seen and I've worked in the construction business for over 35 years. Their subcontractors were scheduled and stayed on schedule so they didn't overlap one another. We just moved in our beautiful home. It was an amazing home building experience! When we were looking to build, we absolutely fell in love with Westbrooke Homes designs. We will never forget the first day we walked into the Open House of his Verona Model and were blown away by it. With the many selections to choose from, we decided on the Franklin Model and were able to make a few modifications to fit our needs. Allen West and his team of folks were absolutely some of the nicest people we've met and were very knowledgeable when it came to building and customizing our new home. Allen took the time to explain everything and make sure we were extremely satisfied throughout the entire process. During our build, there was a personal family issue that arose; however, Allen was very accommodating and worked with us to ensure our dream became a reality without any delays in the schedule. We are still so in love with our new home and would recommend Westbrooke Homes to anyone building their own "dream home".

My husband and I had really done our research when it came to a builder and what they represent. The workmanship and customer service behind this company is amazing. The end process of our build was right in the beginning of COVID and the team did not let that delay or affect our timeline and set up for settlement to be non contact and went extremely smooth. Two months of being moved in and settled and I could not have a better feeling being in the home we built for our family. Westbrooke homes has made our dreams come true. It’s been a couple of months living in our brand new home and when I pull up every day I still admire how beautiful our home is. Not to mention the exceptional quality the Westbrooke team provides in their homes, EVERYTHING is GREAT quality to the appliances, the craftsmanship, the overall built interior to exterior. Westbrooke did not cut any corners and it clearly shows. During our walk through before settlement, the Westbrooke team takes the time to walk through the home explaining how everything’s works etc. Yes, every builder does this with new constriction homes. However, I was personally blown away by how in depth they go to ensure that you know your new home. Even down to the home owner booklet they provide you with a list of contacts you may need in the future and additional information that’s useful for the home. Coming from two poor built construction homes, Westbrooke set the bar high with building our FOREVER home and I will FOREVER be grateful for their services.
