So many things wrong with our home, I don’t even know where to begin. In the past 4 years we’ve found so many electrical errors, plumbing errors, switches backwards, a bunch of carpentry errors for things as simple as putting an outlet in a cabinet space that can’t even fit a plug to stick into the outlet and wiring a bedroom fan that randomly comes on and changes speeds at different times, even when turned off and when on, it causes the other lights in the room to flicker (even though they aren’t suppose to be on the same line), to a breaker box where every breaker was mislabeled. Inexcusable. I would not recommend a west harbor home to anybody because I think they care way more about getting these homes up than they do about the quality of the homes. Absolutely the worst.
