I lived at 2148 Waverly Pl N for the past year and had an amazing experience! The views are incredible, and the location is super convenient. The landlords were always friendly and responsive, addressing the few repair requests I had quickly. When I moved out, the process was smooth, and I had no issues getting my security deposit back.

I was a previous tenant of 2933 2nd Ave in Belltown from 2019-2024. During the pandemic, people who moved in to unit #104 turned the place into a drug den, with people coming and going at all hours. This building was pretty quiet before. This led the garage being broken into and other residents' items and packages being stolen. The management did nothing.

While I don't doubt the property managers of 2150 6th Ave N are nice people, they are unfortunately inept at their job. I was impossible to get even glaring issues with the unit repaired. I could go on and on about the list of issues at my rental unit (doorknob installed backwards, bathroom door wouldn't close, spiders galore) but I'll keep it short. If you're thinking of staying here, my advice is to be prepared to have to fix everything on your own. But I have better advice - look elsewhere.

I recently contracted Tyler and his team to rent a retail space that I in Kirkland, WA. Everything moved so smooth and Tyler was able to help me thru everything detail that i can think of, and negotiate a good deal with landlord for us for the next 5 years.
Me and my partner really happy and appreciate about their service and help.

I am so disappointed in this rental company and especially the manager I had to deal with named Chezon Reynolds. I have lived in the Lynnwood Townhomes for almost 2 years. In that two years the first manager that was there was great, she was always so sweet and made sure that issues were managed in a timely manner. Since Chezon has taken over this place has been a hot mess. There is constantly trash all over the place. My unit was right next to the park and there is always trash in my yard from the kids at the play area. The fences are all run down and rotting, and the management company doesn't seem to give a rip about it.
My main complaint about this company is that they do not take care of the units unless its a cheap easy fix. I lived in unit #308, during the snow storm in Feb 2019 there was a leak in my unit. Upstairs water was pouring down both sides of the closet, water was dripping from the ceiling and the carpet was soaking wet. When my boys went down stairs to grab a pot for the water to drip into they noticed water dripping from the ceiling downstairs too. I put in a maintenance request right away and tried every contact I had for the apartment complex. Chezon got back to me right away and a short while later the maintenance team showed up to look at the leaks. He stated "yep there's a leak" then left. I was told by Chezon that they would get a roofer out to look at the roof. A day or so later the roofer came out and couldn't see much because of the snow, understandable but he said he would not be out again because "leaks like this happen in heavy snow." When I tried to reach out to Chezon to see what was going to be done about the wet carpet and the wet drywall she told me "drywall typically drys up well on its own, but given the weather and the snow that's coming it may take longer." and they could "have some fans put in" my unit. The carpet was never touched and there was nothing done to dry out any of the unit. My youngest son is really sensitive to mold and mildew and I expressed my concerns to Chezon, about the unit being dried out she ignored multiple text messages from me, any time I asked about what would be done to dry out the unit there was no response from her.
After the allotted 10 days, by RCW codes, when nothing was done in my unit after trying to get in contact with Chezon many times (she would ignore my inquiries about getting the apartment dried out or fixed in any way) I started looking for a new apartment for me and my sons. When she was sent a rental verification paper and I gave her a heads up that I was looking for a new apartment I was called immediately by Chezon and she told me that this would be a mistake because I would owe 3 months worth of rent for breaking my lease. RCW codes state that if after 10 days repairs are not made then you can break a lease with no financial fault to yourself and a return of your full deposit. Chezon actively avoided returning the papers for my rental verification, then when she did she left out information that was needed. When I tried to contact her about it and ask for a letter releasing me from the property and any financial obligations, it was like pulling teeth to actually get it from her. The verification company tried many times to get a hold of her and she would not respond. Finally I had to call her and let her know that I would have to start bugging the main office as well as her if I didn't get the rental verification papers back so we could move out.
I have even more information about what happened but can’t fit it in here. Basically we lived in a wet leaking apartment from feb 10 to April 12 because the property manager refused to fix anything until we moved out.

I was going to lease an apt with them. My leasing agent Kate and her manager were very flexible with the terms. Unfortunately it didn't work out because of some concerns I had with the unit after I signed the lease. They were kind enough to let me exit the lease with no penalty, so I strongly recommend.

I have NEVER in my life experienced this.
I responded to a place that is for rent so I could tour. We communicated through email, setup the day/time and went about my business until the day of the showing.
I was greeted by an intern looking child, well not even greeted. He hollered over the balcony if I was here for the showing. He was wearing a backwards hat, shorts and a tshirt. I’ve been renting for many years, I have never dealt with someone in street clothes, not a huge deal just unprofessional, I guess.
Anyway, he rudely explains how to access the parking area, location of home, etc.
Here is the BEST PART! We walk up to the door, he turns the key, gets ready to walk in and our runs a tiny dog and we’re greeted by a lady! My friend and I are SHOCKED! Jaw to the ground, eyes wide open just whaaaat?!?
This guy and lady start bickering back and forth about the property and what company are you with and we’re remodeling, he’s telling her no, she’s wrong. I’m going to call my boss! All while this lady is trying to grab her dog who is barking and nipping at my poor friends ankles!
SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He doesn’t even have a conversation with us, no apology, no explanation. He immediately calls his boss, we DIP OUT! I can’t believe I experienced this. If I wasn’t alone, NO ONE would’ve believed me LOL
It’s been a whole day and I still haven’t heard from anyone with this company.
The lady at least apologized from a window as we walked away.
I promise this is true!

We moved in to our apartment two months ago. The on-site property manager was almost completely non-responsive, so Chézon Reynolds took over and was extremely responsive throughout every step in the process. There were some maintenance issues upon move-in and she expedited repair to the worst of them. If I were rating Chézon alone she would get 5 stars!! However, maintenance has been pretty slow with some of the maintenance requests, so I am giving 4 stars to the entire operation.
