I live in Low income at the beach and they need more properties here. But so far they are so nice to me and yes I would recommend them to someone else. The only thing I wish they had was a playground. But otherwise very nice people that run this place.

Do not rent to this company. We will be filing a complaint against this company with the NCREC. They do not follow the laws in place and clearly do not understand the laws of property management. My client submitted her notice to vacate in writing per the signed lease agreement well within the 30 days required. When she reached out to the company on the 29th they informed her they failed to submit the paperwork to process her move out and she would be required to pay the full months rent for September. Absolutely not. Failure to do YOUR job does not result in my client paying another month’s rent after she did her due diligence. Like I said, we will be filing a complaint with the NCREC as well as contacting a lawyer. Good luck to all tenants dealing with this company!

Harassing leasing office and the corporate office just let they employees talk to you at you any kind of way. These apartments are not up to date !! Roaches spiders and so much more. They will terminate your lease just about for anything. If you don't explain your business they still going to find out about what your doing in your life. They don't like young couples they rather have older residents. Please don't apply here !!!

I had trouble accessing their online portal for submitting the applications and so I sent in an email to the corporate office. I received both an email and a phone call from someone there. I was very pleasntly surprised by this! He was very cordial to me and took a great deal of time to answer my questions about the properties. So, I really think this was a very satisfying conclusion to my query. Could not have been better pleased. Very professional.

I have done work for this company several times and it has not been a single time they have paid on time.. I constantly have to text and call the property managers and they always give you the run around.. Takes months to pay you. Properties are low quality and should be knocked down.

Went to lakeside apts in Burlington B.C. and did an application for residency. I tried to call numerous times about open I vs and couldn't get thru. So I called the corporate office just to see what times someone is in there. So apparently they called the site and told them I complained no one was never in there to answer the phone. So when i went in the ziye office thw lady had some no d of attitude an the next week I got a letter saying I didnt qualify for an apartment. But on the initial paperwork they give you after filling out an application states that once your name has been selected an you accept the apartment then your credit an all will be ran. So I never received an offer so why did she do that? Probably because I called on her. I don't do business with people who treat people according to how they feel. I don't recommend no one going to Lakeside Apts to live!
