Nothing but good things to say about our build with Weston. We were very apprehensive when looking for a builder for our new custom home since previously having a terrible experience with another builder on a custom build in 2011. My husband and i met with several builders, looked at lots, discussed our home plan. After our first meeting with Dave Weston we knew he was the builder for us. He listened to us and what we wanted. His calm and patient demeanor was a breath of fresh air. The entire process with Dave and Kim from start to finish was smooth and well planned out. His communication with us during the entire process was superb. Answered any questions we had promptly. Met us at the build several times to make sure we were satisfied. We had a change during the process due to me being very particular and Dave didn’t skip a beat getting it done. We have now been in our dream home for 90 days and couldn’t be happier. I have built 5 homes in my life time and Weston Homes built the fifth. All I can say is “I AM MAD AS HELL”, I wish I found them when I built my first one. I would have had them build all 5. I don’t think there are many Dave Weston’s remaining in the world; honest, down to earth, and just a good man. Building a home is not an exact science, with many factors involved that could go wrong; material; weather, contractors… Things are going to go wrong, but Dave made sure that the final product was exactly what was contracted. They delivered a quality product at a very reasonable price. Dave made us feel like we were in a true partnership during the entire process. I bid the project out to 5 contractors and I knew from the first meeting that these guys were different, I went with my gut and they did not disappoint. I am not one to post, but I felt the need to share my experience, since Weston Homes is such a rare find. My family will be enjoying my home in Potomac Landing on the Potomac well after I am gone thanks to Weston Homes.
