It's not necessarily the some of people living here as it's the management and the owners, they r crooks at every angle. I stood up for myself and the management tried to get me evicted and she is the one who had to leave after she stoled 4 hundred dollars worth of stuff from a person who lives here!!! They also do false paperwork for there buddies here. They lied to the cop's about it. I would not recommend anyone moving here at all. People r moving out left and right!!!!! DON'T MOVE TO WESTSIDE APARTMENTS IT'S BAD!!!!! I was management for a bit and they wanted me to do false paperwork and I refused to and I quit because of it!!!!!

A tenant is the sheriff here because he dips his wick in the landlord’s oil and the site manager’s meffed out mummy. The manager would hit thc vape pens in the day room and issue complaints about marijuana smells. They will tell you to trespass on the property Nextdoor if you are going to smoke weed as if smoking somewhere you are trespassing is better for you than staying in your apartment. They try to dominate anyone with a little bit of rebellion when they don’t hold up their end of the contract…in the south that should be frowned upon considering they work for the government. The drama comes from the old men. They’re basically stereotypical women.

They delete reviews by people they evict for standing up to their power trips. They will let people pull knives but not demand change. They got me removed for not putting up with their pet stalker and made me homeless because I protested. Removed 2 reviews after to cover themselves
