I live overseas and left my rental unit in the care of the Westside Property Management team. The leasing division quickly found me a suitable tenant. The finance team handled all the incoming and outgoing payments in a professional manner. The maintenance staff were quick to respond to issues. Best of all I had Angie, my own dedicated property manager, promptly liaising with me on all relevant issues. I was given access to a secure portal at all times to view transactions on an ongoing basis. Joshua has recently sold the unit on my behalf.
For peace of mind I highly recommend this company and am grateful to all the efficient staff there for taking care of my unit.

They’re super responsive, really attentive, and always communicative. They actually listen and try to understand, which isn’t something you always get. I've lived in the same building for over 12 years...

Westside Property Management has taken over, and though I already liked the building and staff they have made it better.

We have new washers / dryers with an app, so I never have to get quarters ever again, not to mention they are brand new so they work better.

We've had EV chargers installed for people who might want an EV. And now our rent / maintenance requests can be submitted / monitored on a web portal.

They've done a good job modernizing things so I'm quite pleased with it getting better.

I am very pleased that I decided to rent from WPM. They have a professional and responsive team, from the first showing to applying, and to move-in. I had a few maintenance issues at the start of my lease, and WPM responded immediately, having tradespeople out the next day. Great company to rent from/do business with!

Never never never live in a unit managed by westside. Westside notified us they would raise our rent in the middle of our 1 year lease with rent control stipulated in it. After we told them this was illegal and against our lease, they then told us that THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE OUR LEASE. Why would they raise our rent if they did not have our lease? Why were they not in possession of the lease for their own tenants? We ended up having to fight with them for weeks until they finally realized that they legally could not raise our rent. Nobody would answer our emails or calls and they refuse to schedule in person appointments. There are so many other horrible things they have done I can’t even begin to name them all. They are incredibly unprofessional, never answer the phone or email, deceptive and dishonest, let alone disrespectful to their tenants. Please consider the torment they will put you through before you decide to live in a property managed by them.

After 1.5 years at one of their properties, it has been fairly peaceful. Justeen has been communicative and works with tenants well.

Last week I made 7 calls on Tuesday; Finally reached the concerning party who promised to call me back. I have not received any calls. Today, I called 8 times. No responses, not even when I call the owner. I cannoty even reach the receptionist.
