18 years in this location... Management, and Maintenance Staff, have always been attentive, friendly, and prompt... Ideal location, as it is quite close to stores, parks, golf courses, restaurants, and other establishments of interest... Area is quiet, and peaceful... KUDOS, BRAVO, EXCELSIOR!

I can second a lot of these reviews regarding the water, pincher bugs, roaches and rats as well as the office staff hiding from tenants. If you move in here expect bugs, rats and for the hot water to be shut off MORE than a few times including all the water in general to be shut off. As you see the water issue has been going on for YEARS at this apartment complex. You get no notice for the water getting shut off sometimes until it’s already off.

Management doesn't care even if he says he does. Won't fix anything and will hide from you if you go into the office.

Facilities is the only person who cares.

Bugs are painted over. List goes on.

Definitely avoid can't wait for our lease to be up

I am very happy here at Westwood Apartments and have been here a very long time. Charles the manager is very kind and helpful anytime I need anything done or just have any questions. The maintenance staff, Victor and Jon are there anytime I need anything fixed in my apartment and do it well. Nice place to live!!!

very bad apartments. service are very bad also. they charge me every month a lot of money! I pay now $1,277 for one bedroom !!. laundry doesnt work, last time i have used it, it charged me $ 10 and didnt work!. the new manger not friendly at all. dont waste your time here! .. I have very bad experiance.
Today I received this email from the apartments, and they told me about the costs of the new services. $178 for utility !!!!!!. not fair.

Pretty awful place to rent. I appears nice to the naked eye but I had a leak from upstairs my first month there, though they repaired the leak they never fixed the mold in the sheet rock the entire 13 months I was there. On NYE we had an crazy storm and water was running down my interior walls. Though they sent someone to put a dehumidifier in my unit, which mind you pulled out half a full size garbage can of moisture Noone ever came to collect said can or turn off the dehumidifier or even repair the leaks. I lost a ton of house plants. Decided to turn of dehumidifier after 2 weeks. The sheetrock crumbled and continued to do so until I moved out in June. They also tried to randomly charge everyone $700 for deposit on a deposit free rental that they even charged me a monthly charge for not having a deposit. Upon leaving $3700 was what they said I needed to pay. When infact it was only $1800. Which was my one month's rent for not giving 30 days.

The manager here named Charles King is an absolute angel. I had an amazing experience living here and problems were fixed in a timely manner when I followed up. I was in a three person lease with my boyfriend and a roommate that we chose. Our roommate moved out and ghosted us, leaving me and my boyfriend unable to pay the rent. Charles was extremely helpful and understanding with the entire process and got us out of the lease six months early. He made everything as painless as possible! I think it’s really special when somebody can make such a horrible situation seem manageable. He was able to get us a good deal on the lease break fee and since our ex roommate refuse to pay anything, this made a huge difference for us. Charles honestly saved me and my boyfriend from bankruptcy. Charles is really the only person that I coordinated with during my time here but let me tell you, he is a freaking superhero, and I highly recommend living here and being managed by him!
