Worked with Mike directly to buy our house in 2021. Mike was amazing!

He made sure that I’m aware of all the pros and cons of every single property will look at. He also made sure that I got a good deal. He connected me with various stores to make sure I get the best price on materials as we planned our renovation.

Many years after we close on our house I can still reach out to Mike to get his take on real estate even when he’s not my agent.

He did a thorough market analysis to help us set the price, and through his negotiating we received top dollar. We only worked with Edward Chang, the experience is horrible. I would give 0 star if there is a choice. We had an appointment to tour a property at 11am. We waited at the front door of the property with a young baby for more than 20 minutes, he didn’t show up or pick up the phone. Half an hour later, he called me without any apology, he told us to wait another half hour if we want to tour the house. He said he only want to rent the house to someone who can waste the entire morning waiting for him. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from an agent. We have a young baby in car and the weather is supper cold. Also he pretends he can't speak Chinese and super arrogant. I can know why the nice property listed for more than seven months and price dropped twice is still not rented out. If you want to sell or rent your property out, stay away from this guy even Whisper Real Estate.

David Nam was recommended by good friends when I was looking for my home. It was my first home so I had a lot to learn but David was there every step of the way - no matter how many questions I had. He was very prompt with his replies, connected me to others for additional information and was always available. If we hadn't jumped quickly on the new listing for my home, and been strategic with the offer - I highly doubt I would have been able to purchase it in such a hot market. Whisper Real Estate is great.
We sold our property through Whisper and it was a great experience all the way around.
Mike and his assistant Kelly are very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to get the deal done. The home was a little run down and Mike's crew helped us get it ready. Chris and Kevin did a great job at preparing the property for sale. We live a little way away from the property and Mike even had his crew take care of a few things for us all the way up to closing.
