Beautiful room in Bel Sole. The room looked exactly as described and was exactly what we needed. The reason for 4 stars was the cleanliness was definitely off, we ended up getting cleaning supplies and cleaning the floors and kitchen. Maybe someone got in too big of a hurry but dirty dishes in the cabinets was a crazy surprise.

Beautiful home and community! The property we stayed in was located in the Summer Salt Community Homes. The homes are located minutes away from the beach and the pictures perfectly describe the homes and area. We had a minor hiccup but the property responded in a timely manner and resolved our concern. I look forward to our next stay!

Clean comfortable condo with more of what we needed to feel at home than we expected. Phoenix on the bay was beautiful and relaxing. Spacious for our family of 5 and quiet all week. Definitely hope to visit unit 1527 again.

We just stayed at Bel Sole in Gulf Shores, AL. We rented through White Shores Realty. The reservation was an easy process with prompt response from the realty company. The unit was TOP NOTCH. We will be back.

Had a great time on vacation!
We had an issue with the fire alarm battery, they responded within 30 min and stop by to fix it about 2 hours later. Great response and service!

House 1245. Awful rental. Dead roaches, stagnant water sitting in dishwasher with unbearable smell, black mold, no sheets or comforters on beds, two toilets broken, the list goes on and on. Way overpriced for what this rental had to offer. Do not recommend for anyone.

We stay the days of September 14-18 at Phoenix 2 room 2506. Worst stay EVER!
We come every single year to enjoy family vacation and to relax!
Unfortunately this year was not that! The first night upon arrival we had a
frozen ax unit that was 4 inches thick! Maintenance came out and cut it off
and said wait for it to thaw nothing else was done. Wouldn’t get below 75 in
the condo! We had babies 2 (1 year olds) it was MISERABLE!
Then our living room tv didn’t work! Seemed to be from dinosaur ages. A new
one arrived and as soon as he hooked it up BOOM it was broken as well.
Finally 3rd one was the charm! Not to mention security showed up because
people in the unit below us had water pour from their ceiling from the ac!
There was what looked to be a leaking in the kitchen with brown black mold
growing on it! GROSS! Personally we paid a pretty penny to stay here and we
didn’t enjoy this! I felt as if this rental company could’ve showed like
they cared a little more as well! I will be coping exactly what I’ve wrote
here to do a review elsewhere as well! Thanks!
