Lived in a White Marsh apartment for 3 years He's never had change so we've been paying $5 extra a month for 3 years now we are being evicted because of plumbing issues and it's the best thing he can do Don't take my word for it I can post a video when I got my eviction notice I went down and asked him and recorded it so I can tell my girlfriend everything he said and that is what I have evicted for plumbing issues

I rented from these guys. For just over a year. All rental properties are falling a part trash holes. STAY AWAY from this place dealing with them has been the worst experience of my life. They maybe alright as a realtor but there is no honesty. Among these ppl. I can't say the things I would tell you beacuse this is a family friendly review

Slumlord. Overcharges for rent. Prefers not to fix stuff, if he does he goes the cheapest way possible by half a** fixing it. Doesn't listen to his maintenance people's recommendation on how to fix it the right way. My wife went to find help to get stuff fixed and he retaliated by kicking us out. He lies thru his teeth. If he says he or one of his maintenance people will come out, 9 times out of 10 they won't show up, if they do its later than what they said. Rented two different locations and they both weren't up to code. Stay away from anything to do with him or the company

All reviews for whitemarsh speaks volumes about what I was interested in purchasing. Called on a week day to schedule a meeting on a listing in Marquette wi. No courtesy return call to me. I guess the realtor doesn't need the money.

Horrible landlord. He never fixes anything if he does he does it half ass especially to his rental properties. I dont think i would buy anything from him either with the way he treats his half rundown rentals he must not have nice places. Nice guy, just all he is look for is to make money.

Very unprofessional. Could not provide information about properties even though they had signs advertising it for sale. I'm still waiting for the return call a week later. I would not recommend this place to anyone that's serious about buying property.
