I was given notice of termination of tenancy for cause. I owned up to my responsibility but management at Sr Apts in Airway Heights would not give opportunity to rectify situation. She called me a criminal and that I caused Whitewater Creek thousands and thousands of dollars on the low-income apt. She has such a hard heart, no compassion. And she called me a criminal!

I do not appreciate being lied to. Rent guarantees where told when they signed for a tenant they can request after 1 year to be removed as guarantor if the tenant paid their rent and had no issues. My husband signed foe his ex wife in 2016 and he has requested to be removed over and over snd been denied. They also allowed his ex wife to add a new tenant (her new husband) to the lease this year and are holding my husband her exhusband as the guarantor for them both now. Whitewater management did nothing to create a new lease when she add this new person only a lease addendum. My husband her ex-husband was not notified of the adding of someone but is still responsible. This is bull and as a prior employee I feel for those I had to tell that they could have guarantor removed after 1 years lease if they did good for payment rent and such. False info provided. I worked their affordable housing and then moved to affordable and hud property and now with affordable and market property. And what I know and what they are doing. Shane on you. His ex wife pays little to not rent and her and her new spouse make more than enough to rent a house that's not affordable. But rather than do the right thing, you and her kept the old lease to screw with people.

People that work there need to be more friendly and respectful when answering the phone - also to your concerns when you call them during business hours!!!!! Also why aren't you open until at least 5pm in the evening during the week!? This is worst apartment complex I have EVER rented from in my LIFE!!!!!! If your looking to move into Riverstone West III apartments - I would not consider this as a place that you will be happy living in!!!!!!!!! I have been living here 4 years and I HAVE BEEN very unhappy since I moved IN!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN about the tenants living and also fixing anything!!!! They only care about getting paided because your renting from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a current tenant at one of their properties and the manager is extremely rude and picks and chooses which tenants can do what and others can't. Tells you who can be your visitors even if they don't stay over night. No maintenance is done unless state inspection is happening. Casie is the most unprofessional "District Manager" I have ever experienced. The owner refused to provide me her name when I wanted to file a complaint. With all the lawsuits I am not sure how this place is still in business.

I rent from one of white water creeks apartment complexes! These people are facing HUGE lawsuits due to their unprofessionalism, threatening behavior, intimidating behavior, forcing people out of their homes during pandemic when order was in place not to evict anyone! These people are walking lawsuits! I am currently in the middle of pursuing a class action lawsuit as my apartment management has illegally gone through my mail & has constantly tried intimidating me, stalking me and harassing me with my children. I hope the state continues to take this business down! The positive reviews on here are from dishonest employees that are apart of the problem here! They are the managers at the complexes trying to save their own behinds!

I am appalled by the so called office receptionist. A little back story... moved out of one of their apartments, asked about a final walk through, was told they aren’t doing them due to Covid. They had me turn the keys in to a drop box, which we did and also put our forwarding address in the envelope for our deposit to be mailed. Called this office and the receptionist told me someone would call me back. That never happened. I called last week and was told to reach out to the apartment manager, which I did. The manager stated she had done her part and the office in Hayden already had the paperwork. So, I called this office again and informed them of what I was told. Once again the receptionist stated she would have someone call me back. Never happened. So I called again this morning and asked to speak to the office manager, she REFUSED to let me speak to them. Asked for my name, what apartment and then when I asked for her to just transfer me, she stated my name and said she would have someone call me back. I said I wasn’t getting any calls back and that I needed to either talk to someone in accounting or the office manager. Once again, she refused and hung up on me. I called back, asking for a manager and she refused again. Then hung up on me again, then called back 2 minutes later to tell me the deposit was mailed out to us this past Friday. Why couldn’t she of said this from the get go?!? I asked if they had a list of the fees that were taken out and she said, just wait and see if it’s in the envelope. I said ok, I need to talk to either your manager for how disrespectful and unprofessional you are or the accounting department. She REFUSED yet again. I had never had a problem with the apartment manager or our apartment. However, this receptionist needs new training. She’s incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.

Wonderful place to live. Amazing manager's who do all they can for tenants. Some tenants can be very demanding and difficult. Always tries to help me with anything I might have going wrong. Maintenance calls before they come in and punctual. I love my apartment and the price I pay to live in a newer place.
