The lady at 12:55 pm today needs to learn how to address individuals when they are frustrated as she is fine with others, but when I deal with her she thinks she is smarter then the individual. I keep my stuff organized and know like read my mail and place in a file in specific for food share like WIC and like a medical file being disabled as SSDI doesn't give you pay stubs. I have a payee from society assets that pays my bills and I sent all the required asked from myself. Yall should worry what is seen on social media when many sell the EBT stamps as witnessed many post it for all to see but does the government focus on this element? They stress the individuals that need it and try to kick them off the program any chance they can as because others did my husband the way they did, I don't qualify for any widow benefits and I do go to food pantries and use my health insurance benefits for healthy food. I am thankful for the little I get for my daughter and self and we utilize the resource appropriately and not lie on camera as said same on camera today. All should be trained the same way and understand more then one language called being bilingual working for a government job. The people in higher ups don't care for those in lower status or disabled as if they did they would see what is being said here. I want to work but cannot due to affordability of daycare after school amongst the disabilities I have had since preschool myself but confirmed in high school.

I changed my rating because I hate the way the state handles things but the workers here are top notch. The computer lab is always filled with nice and helpful people, but my personal favorite is the lady who helps everyone fax things out. She’s always sweet, nice, super helpful, and just all around amazing at her job. She’s the sunshine of having to go to that place, if I knew her name I’d give her a shout out but I forget to ask. I’ll update if I find out her name.

I was here representing my agency for a multi-agency outreach event and it was great. The job center is a great resource the community should utilize more because there are so many good programs out there that many people may not even know about. I only wish more people came out to learn about all the local agencies that do such good work for the community.

The Kenosha job center is the place you can go and they will help employers find employees or they will help you find a job by their listings there. They do offer help with resumes and brushing up on skills.the building also has departments that will help with disability and aging, child assistance information, assistance with food stamps and also veterans, they may offer more things there but it is all this house in one building where is nice and the place is very clean. Everyone there seems helpful

Some people are friendly, some people aren't. It depends on the day, who you're talking to, and why you're there. Personally, I think that is not very good as this is a place people go to for help, but I also understand that the workers are only human. Communication can also be an issue; I've been told one thing by an employee, another by the state, and when I came in to find a solution so I could take care of XYZ was pretty much called a liar and brushed off. Some things maybe for improvement later.

These guys went above and beyond to help me with medical insurance during a really bad time. They dealt with everything, called all the time to let me know what was going on and got everything worked out and set up. It was great to have at least that weight lifted
