Simply amazing experience! The sales team excelled in every way! Grant (sales) guided us through the process with a high level of expertise and enthusiasm! He was always courteous and helpful, and never pressured us in any way. It was clear that our satisfaction and confidence in the process was his greatest concern. Bill (Sales Manager) expedited the search for our “perfect” RAV4, finding exactly what we wanted. He introduced himself to us, and we enjoyed a great conversation with him. He is genuine and honest. Mario (Finance Manager) was unbelievably patient with our many questions, and needs for clarification. Never pressured us in any way. It was obvious his goal was to provide an environment conducive to our making good financial decisions. When he didn’t have an answer, he brought in Porter (Service Writer) who clearly spelled out the service process and all of it intricacies. Absolutely couldn’t be happier with our experience! Would recommend Wilder Toyota in a heartbeat!

As a young first time car buyer I wasn’t sure of what to expect. Within minutes of being on the lot Tyler Abbott greeted me, with respect, professionalism, and kindness offering his time and assistance right away. Tyler was beyond amazing, and skillful In his job. We had such a good experience purchasing a car at Wilder Auto. Tyler was the perfect salesman for us. He really wanted us to find the right car for our needs. We came in with the whole family and had a big wish list. Tyler was so considerate and made sure we did not feel any pressure to make decisions right away. Happily the new owner of a sporty Camry XSE Hybrid!! I saw a car posted online that caught my eye so I got in touch with Lauren Decker about it. I live out on the West End so she got me pre-approved and set up for test drive. The whole process was very pleasant and seamless. Lauren’s personality and vehicle knowledge left me confident and at ease with my purchase. She walked me through all the details of the car and technology and even paired my phone and set up my contacts 🥰. I went in after work and was in and out in about a half hour and happily driving my fun new eco friendly vehicle!
