What an amazing first experience with the service department at Toyota! I bought my Tacoma about 5 years ago and took it in for its oil change yesterday. The service coordinator on his initiative called Toyota and they agreed to honor a long-expired service contract I got then - evidently a Covid extension. It saved me nearly $100. These are good people.

I was visiting from another state, and my car died a slow and costly death. Panic set in. I was leaving to come back home in 3 days, with a large dog in tow. I was advised to go to Wilder and ask for Tyler Abbott. What an incredibly polite, kind, patient and reassuring gentleman. I told him my needs and said, "give me something you would feel comfortable and confident putting your mother in"...and so he did. I LOVE my 2023 Honda CRV. It's the perfect car. Tyler sat with me while I sat with Ben, who was ridiculously comforting as he walked me through the financials. It was perfectly painless. It was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Tyler for being a man of integrity. If you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor...ask for Tyler Abbott. We just bought a car from Wilder Toyota and it was our best car buying experience ever… Grant treated us right and took care of everything and Mario was fantastic to work with as well. Ive bought the majority of my vehicles from Wilder Toyota. Unfortunately, won't be happening this time. The salesmen was good, but talk about taking full advantage of people. Intimidating, demeaning and insulting for a widow to go through. Won't be back.
