I have the privilege of working at Wildscape Restoration. The atmosphere is very positive and movtivating. It’s nice to go to work and be surrounded by genuinely happy people. Worked here for a time. Really good expierence. They really care for and respect employees on an equal level. Committed to the ethics of ecological impact, especially with regards to non-native species. The field work is hard, often in uneven or remote terrain. Still, hard work is seen and talent can be developed. A great place to work for.

ok this place is not a good place to work the goal of the company is to scam the government out of money for the CEO's benefit. if you are an employee they will pay double what they pay you for day laborers and cut your hours. office politics are unavoidable and cutthroat. you will be exposed to carcinogenic chemicals. the will force a political view point down your throat or you will be fired, I have seem this personally. destruction of government property with no accountability.

Terrible place to gain any experience, this is a land scape company taking federal funds from people who know native habit and know what they are doing...your Formans only plant experience is growing weed, your crew leads have less than 1 year experience in the field and your boss is no help. They will pay you as little as you will accept and ask more of you, would not recommend.. ask them why there 5 year projects are not complete

Great people and most of very helpful when asking about plant care. This company is making a difference by restoring habitat and teaching people about native plants. I met some of the staff at the Oxnard earth fair event! Ms. McDowell was very patient and kind when teaching the kids about vermicomposting.
