I can’t speak enough to how great Will was as a realtor for me and my wife. Working with Will was everything we could have asked for and more! We had reconnected after 20 years of not seeing each other since little league baseball! Not only did he have houses within our parameters ready to look at, he also showed an exemplary knowledge of the housing market, trends, etc. Will is an incredibly kind, positive and genuine guy! Will is a great agent and I highly recommend him for your home buying needs.
Will was a very helpful and supportive real estate agent. We were looking for a new home (in VT) while living in MD. Will listened to our needs and wants, then he made a list of properties for us to visit on a trip to VT. We were able to go through our list of pre-selected properties quickly and came to agreement on putting in an offer on a home. After putting in an offer, the offer being accepted, Will stood in when I wasn't able to be in the area for things like my inspection. I appreciated Will's involvement, communication, and support throughout the entire process. In the past year since living in VT, Will has also checked in to make sure we are settled in and are doing okay in the area.

Will was a great person to work with as I was looking for my first home. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything throughout the process from finding new listing, scheduling tours around my schedule to information I needed or things to look out for and consider before making an offer.
