My unit is a complete disaster. It's so dirty that I don't feel clean no matter how much I scrub. The management painted the bathtubs, but the paint came off after the first shower. My hot water heater is ancient, and my washing machine is broken with no end in sight. There's no weather stripping, so my home is always freezing. My heating bill is through the roof, and I was homeless for a week because the manager was sick and had me do everything online except for picking up my keys. It's ridiculous. I already paid my deposit and first month's rent, but they did nothing to fix the place before I moved in. It was filthy with hair and paint on the walls. The maintenance crew here is a complete joke. In my opinion, this place is not fit for human habitation.

Like the previous review said this company is a definition of slumlords.. it all started one morning when I woke up stepped in the carpet and realized my whole apartment was flooded because a pipe ruptured in the wall well guess what it now exposed all the mold that was growing inside the apartment when they opened up the wall in my 11 month old child's room but of course they would take no responsibility it turns out the whole apartment l flooded four months before that when nobody lived in it and so there was probably about a foot of water in the apartment for God only knows how long. So that's where the previous mold now comes into place so had to hire a mold specialist to come out there test the walls to sample and everything turns out it's 200 times what is considered breathable amount of mold toxic mold that is detrimental to mine and my child's health. So what was William's investment going to do about this well pretty much nothing they wanted to come in there remove the 12-in by 12 inch insulation that they first cut a hole so they can get to the pipe and they wanted to spray kills primer in a paint can on it and then patch up the hole and that was supposed to be okay clearly not acceptable they would claim no responsibility for nasty and rude and insulting and belittling long story short this is where I'm at still no resolution stuck in this toxic mold apartment with no where to go do and don't know what I can do. I went ahead and posted a few photos of the three cuts they made 12 in by 12 in in the wall. So you can only imagine what was behind the rest of the drywall there.b the bathroom is also worse than the rooms so what was supposed to be a two-bedroom apartment has now resulted to me and my daughter living in the living room on an air mattress because both rooms are too toxic to be inn. The worst part is they have me trapped on a year lease and this is only my third month into living here. I will say this whatever you do do not do not sign a lease with this apartment investment groups..

We lived at one of their property's for 5 months, going against the reviews I read about Williams Investment. First month the ceiling leaked saturating the the carpet in the living room anytime it would rain. Took 3 weeks before the issue was even addressed. Long story short after moving out we received a bill with fabricated damage charges and saying we owed our last month of rent still. We have the receipts proving that the rent had already been paid. So we disputed the charges with the records department who we never heard back from after multiple attempts to contact them. Instead of responding to our dispute of the charges they sent our account to a collections agency. Last story, they lost our rent check we put in the Dropbox once, and within 24 hours they had a notice taped to our door to pay up or we will be evicted. They did find the check eventually but I wish I could have gotten that kind of response time when our ceiling was leaking. DON'T MOVE HERE! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

I've had primarily good experiences in my time here. No roaches despite being in the older building (no food, waste, or gunky rags out, no bugs. Simple.) Have had zero problems with neighbors or noise (haven't even met my closest neighbor) and only ever had one issue with staff, which was resolved favorably. Only downside for me is dodgy workmanship from maintenance (my dryer no longer stops when you open the door. Awesome and entertaining.) and being within yodeling distance of the playground, whose users apparently have made a game of who can shout the loudest. Only to be added to by summer pool yowling. Still, that's over by 10. No teen parking lot parties.
The building IS old, the hallways ARE stained, but it's cheap and not burdened by gangsters or hallway dope dealers. A solid 4/5.

Well this apartment are not friendly in any way I asked the manager to send out a guy to fix the laundry machine and its been 3 weeks its like they dont care... its been the 3rd time iv asked them! Oh and this apartments have tons of cocauroches and the hallways smells realy bad with carpet stains. Heres the thing i payed the rent late fee a little late and the manager is making it personal. They painted the whole outer biulding blue and also the deck but only on mine they left the top of the balcony unpainted like its some form of payback. Real profesional! >:(

These people are the true definition of "slum lords" My apartment was broke in to and it was because the kitchen window lock was broken when I moved in.... not only did it take over 4 months to finally get it fixed the manager actually told another tenant that he thought it was MY responsibility to have it fixed! Then he "lost" one of my monthly money orders 3 times, and had the nerve to post a 3 day pay of vacate notice on my door. After 4 months of calling back and forth to the main office not only did I not have any late rent, I had a CREDIT of $250.00! The manager here is a TOTAL JOKE! He does NOTHING for the place but sneak up and tape incorrect notices on your door. He isn't brave enough to knock on your door and hand you the paper. My rent went from 650.00 to 825.00 in 2 &1/2 years! Yet they did NOTHING to improve the apartments! GOD I WISH I HAD THE MONEY TO MOVE!

My girlfriend and I have had a seemingly infinite amount of patience when it comes to this company. I'm not joking when I say the arbitrarily raised our rent 400 dollars a month. This was after Williams Investments bought the property we were living in. They made no contact with us or even know our living situation. The apartment we are in is OLD really old, the appliances should have been replaced a decade ago, and for the last year of owner ship Williams Investments has done little to nothing to improve the living conditions here. ESPECIALLY for a 400 dollar increase in rent. We have found a new place to live and it's far superior. I suggest you have nothing to do with this company.

This is the WORST place ever, I live in the north wood apartments I've been asking the maintenance man and my landlord to fix my toilet and sink (which leaks) for four months ever since the day I moved in!! I just threatened legal action yesterday and I want to break my lease I was informed that I won't get my deposit back (which I should per the landlord tetant laws) Then magically the maintenance man shows up wanting to fix the broken utilities. These people deserve a lawsuit WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY!!!!!!
