As a lifelong renter, I’ve rented from many property management companies and many landlords. Williams Properties is simply the best. They take great care of their properties and respond very quickly to any maintenance requests, which are infrequent because they perform thorough and proactive maintenance! I’ve found them to be very clear and communicative to the tenants about any infrequent issues around the building or in the area. Several times they were willing to lend a hand to help out when I had support requests that were a little unusual. For example, when my brother in Texas was ill with Covid, Williams had staff who looked in on my plants for me, such a simple thing, but it really helped a lot when I was rushing around trying to figure out what to do. I highly recommend Williams Properties. They’ll supply a nice place to live at a fair price. They treat their tenants well and take pride in the buildings they own.

Literally the best landlords ever. They go above and beyond in everything they do. The attention to detail and quality of their properties is reflected in their service to residents. Regular maintenance of the properties is always on point and they take care of any repairs or needs quickly and efficiently. Reasonable rents and deposits as well. If you’re trying to rent in Tacoma, wait for a Williams rental to come available, you won’t regret it.

I lived in 2 of the apartment buildings from 2020-2022. They were both very safe, clean, and taken care of. Dax is a wonderful person to rent from and always responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The rent is fair and living conditions quality

We’ve rented from Dax for over 5 years and now we’re moving on to a house of our own soon.

From the minute we saw the building we have had nothing but a great experience renting from Dax and the Williams properties. He’s always fair, fast, and respectful.

Our building was full of happy renters and neighbors who in turn cared for each other. Renting from a family owned business ran with such great customer service created a warm environment to live in, we appreciated it so much.

They were constantly doing upgrades to make the property nicer as well!

If your looking in stadium district, don’t look any further, Williams properties are the BEST!

Best experience we've ever had renting! Dax is super helpful and seems to be always available. Properties are well-kept, modern, and in a great location. I am a travel nurse and have lived in dozens of apartments across the country and can say without hesitation that my experience with Williams Properties has been the best by far. Communication and interactions with Dax were consistently professional and pleasant. The professionalism, attention to detail, and standards maintained by Williams Properties far exceeded those I have experienced from any other property management company. Maintenance is addressed proactively resulting in zero maintenance issues during our stay and reflecting the obvious pride in ownership. Move in/out processes were seamless and stress free. I lived in Brickworks from 2015-18 in a one bedroom apartment. It has been by far the best rental experience in my life. I move every 1-2 years for my job, so I move quite often. Dax's company is always updating landscaping and property features. I had my rent increased by 50$ once over the three I lived there. It felt like I was getting a favor with all of the increasing property taxes and sky rocketing rental prices. If I change jobs, Ill move back and try to get a spot in a larger property owned by Dax. I dont leave reviews usually, but they deserved it.

Best place I have ever lived! Just gotta be honest, Dax and his employees are far and above anyone I've had the pleasure of working with. Dax is honest, compassionate, responsive, and more than fair in all instances. Whenever we have any concern at all, Dax is Johnny on the spot at making sure all things are addressed and resolved in a speedy nature, and takes every consideration to make sure that he is working on a schedule that works for you! I have a hard time even calling him a landlord because of all the stigmas attached to that, and Dax isn't a single one of those things. The people he hires for maintenance or otherwise are kind as can be and excell in their crafts. My wife and I are not moving until we can find a house. We feel so spoiled. Congrats to you if you ever find yourself lucky enough to live here. I can not rave enough.
