The air-conditioner bills here are ridiculous. The rent prices are getting too high, too. Real estate companies need to be better regulated by the government. They are too greedy on their own. I will be voting in 2024 to repeal Costa Hawkins. The Costa Hawkins law makes it very difficult for the government to pass effective Rent Control laws in California.

I have been here happily for almost three years. The apartments has had its ups and downs but now with a new management company its getting soo much better. The ponds look great, no trash on the ground, and you can tell they really care about the apartments. I'll definitely stay longer. 🙂

Willow Lakes apartments is a peaceful place to live at. The rent is affordable. There is a duck pond that is peaceful. Besides that, be careful because my family members car was stolen in front of her own lot. So I hope they will put in some cameras so there will be more security. Besides that, it is a nice place to live.

Was only renting for a few months because of job relocation. Lori the apartment manager is very friendly and kind and responded to any needs at a timely manner. However the maintenance needs I addressed took a little longer to get fixed, but this could be due to being in the middle of nowhere. Overall, my stay was pleasant. Neighbors were friendly. Quiet at night.

Constant fireworks happening all year long. Had a rat problem but that got taken care of fast so that’s good ? you

NO security as adverised, gates or broken, per management they will not be fixed. There will be camaras put in instead. so no gates to keep people out, just record them being in the wrong place. These appts have not had the same nice SAFE home feeling in awhile.

First of all, after living at Willow Lakes for 7 months, My family has found this apartment complex to be the worst experience ever. Safety is not taken seriously by the management staff. Management is unprofessional. They do not know how to manage a property, understand their own leases and how to follow them, and definitely don't care about the tenants needs. We made several requests to have repairs done and it took the staff weeks to get to it. Not only did we have issues with requests, but there were insect infestations throughout the complex and they never took care of it. We would not recommend anyone to rent from this place.

These apartments are very nice and cheap u can rent a 2 story 2 bedroom 2 baths apartment for $875 in the town of Corcoran about 3 hours away from L.A. it's a nice small quite town to live in if u wanna leave the city behind.
