After reading the other reviews, I too was about to post a negative review. But decided to reach out to Wilson Tax to see if they would truly rectify the issue that I had with Trey. After apologizing for my bad experience with Trey they advised he was no longer with the company. After expressing my concerns with the supervisor she took my information and told me she would call me back (honestly I wasn’t expecting a call back) surprisingly she called within an hour advising she has researched my issue and provided me with a resolution. I really would like to commend the outstanding customer service that was displayed with Wilson Tax Investment upper management. That is why I chose to give 4 stars. The supervisor was adamant about earning my business next year and was truly empathetic for my inconvenience.

I was very pleased with the service that Wilson Tax Investment provided. This was the first time that I have had someone else prepare my taxes and I can say that I received the highest amount I have ever received on my income tax. Allie was very attentive, accommodating, professional, and responsive. I do not live in the area and they were able to handle everything over email and Zoom. Edit: Since they don’t have upfront pricing, I will take it upon myself to inform you of their prices just in case you’re wondering. This company charges $599 per return. Plus, $100 for each additional document.

I’ve recently filed my taxes with this company and was charged $899 + $125 to simply put some numbers into a computer. After I went through a more professional company, they informed me that I was supposed to sign a form (I never signed because my preparer didn’t tell me to) and I was supposed provide a PIN which I didn’t because my preparer didn’t tell me to. The preparer created their own PIN.
I had to ask for a receipt because the preparer didn’t send it (as a professional should). Therefore, I was completely unaware of the $899 + $125 in deduction fees. These fees are not listed on the company website, social media platforms, nor did the preparer make me aware before filing the taxes. If you’re really looking for your “maximum refund” go to the well-known companies like TurboTax, HR Block, where they tell you upfront pricing and will make sure your taxes are filed with 100% accuracy! This company is completely unprofessional, thriving on taking advantage of people, and needs to do better professionally. I will never file with this company ever again!

DO NOT USE! this place does not provide upfront pricing. they charged $1124 for a basic w-2 filing, 999 and 125 for a e-file fee. Beyond that my signature was forged on documents that I have never seen. My new tax person was digusted by the business practices here. Do not use unless you want to be scammed. Use Turbo Tax!!!

I had a great experience here, Jeffery Wilson was very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. I got me the maximum refund on my taxes and my information is kept safe and secure which is very important to me. The office and location is very nice as well. I filed with Trey months ago , it’s DECEMBER of 2022 and I still have yet to receive my money. I asked him many many times where is my refund and he just keeps telling me call the irs. But I HIRED YOU ,I shouldn’t have to call them! He doesn’t care and I think this company is scamming because a lot of these reviews say the same thing.
