I had an apartment near this office when I moved to Tacoma, and stopped in because I was selling my home through a Windermere in another city. I arranged for them to set me up with an agent to show me two properties I was interested in and I got Spencer.

Spencer showed up at least ten minutes late to the first property, which wasn't great because I was waiting outside in the rain. Not a great first impression. We exchanged contacted information, and then exchanged a few text messages back and forth. I didn't really feel anything, and felt that as a motivated buyer I could find someone better for 3% of my half mil+ I was spending.

After a couple weeks of me not contacting him, Spencer signed me up for a referral/loyalty thing connected to him without my request or consent. I did not appreciate this and feel it was a violation of the contact information that I had entrusted to him. Read the room. If I'm not responding to your texts, I definitely don't want to be part of your referral program.

Overall, it was a bad experience for me, interacting with this Windermere group

My wife and I bought a house in July of 2021 and Jenny Wetzel was our agent. I can't say enough positive things about Jenny and the whole Windermere Abode team. When we started looking at homes in North Tacoma we realized that all the homes we were interested in were being sold by Windemere real estate agents. So one day we just walked into their office and asked if we could talk to an agent. Right from the start, we knew Jenny was the right agent for us. One week after we started working with Jenny, she got us an amazing deal on a beautiful house. Jenny knew exactly what to do and we got the house for list price in a market where houses were going for well over asking. Not only did we get the house for list, but Jenny and Anne did an unbelievable job representing us through an very challenging closing process. We would definitely use Jenny again if we ever decided to move and would recommend her to anyone trying to buy a home in the Tacoma area.

Jessica Knicely far exceeded our expectations. Our first home purchase didn't feel right. It did not feel like we had an expert on our team. That was with a different agency, different agent. Jessica brought energy, and a lot of strategy.

We trusted her with all of the negotiations, the pricing, the staging options, and ended up being able to go from living in a less than ideal home for our family (with PMI) to an amazing home without PMI. We even pulled off a contingent upon sale scenario. Went from listing to pending in 5 days. All of our experience were excellent. Reid did a lot of great work for the team as well. They are on point with their social media - the video they made for our house was top notch.
