Where to start, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kelly! I was in the market at the beginning of the year for a brick N mortar store front as my business (Billiards) outgrew my home. I initially came in contact with Kelly off of a listing I found online & we got to talking about what it is I was looking for. The first place I looked at I was originally set on. Right before we started the negotiation process I became interested in a bigger space right across the way. I thought it was perfect for what I needed, looking ahead long term. Kelly walked me through the entire process every step of the way & left no rock unturned. When it came down to the lease, I was NOT happy nor was I going to agree to a lease term like that so I backed out of the deal entirely. I felt super sad & a bit discouraged because I could literally see the growth & sustainability of my business in that space. I felt like I wasted everyone’s time as we worked on this ‘deal’ for 3, almost 4 months. But then Kelly showed me a store front just down the street, not as big but he thought it was worth checking out. When he showed it to me I instantly fell in love & realized right then this is why the last deal didn’t happen, because I was meant to be in THIS shop! When I said let’s do it, Kelly made the entire deal happen within a week & I had my keys!!! Kelly is super communicative, supportive, patient & transparent through the entire process.

My shop has the most exposure I could ever imagine, I’m located right off the ferry in a tourist marina town (Kingston!) and my shop is set up for long term success.
