Definitely would not recommend this business. The only one reason why I’m giving them 1 star is because of them giving us some of our deposit back. When we had our first walk through before moving in, we had drove 2.5 hrs to be there on time. The agent had already gotten there way before us and taken pictures without us being there, and told us we were free to take our own. I have hundreds of photos and emails I had to keep to make sure things would get done.a lot times they would deny or delete maintenance requests. The owners themselves were always driving by. But never wanted any relationship. Maybe it was for the best. This property management is not good at all and make sure you investigate who is your landlord beforehand. The property management will blame you for any repairs and make you pay for it. So take pictures, text and keep hard copies of everything! They will favor the landlord and not look out for the tenant. Even after 3 years of living in the same house, the landlord still drove by and made us feel uncomfortable. We are paying your mortgage! Never again.

Do not rent from these slumlords. I moved into a rental with no grass in yard. Vivian gave me many promises about bringing seed to plant. I rented 3 years no seed. Like many other complaints they still will keep your deposit. Have asked for an itemized list for why they kept my deposit.They will upload pics of prior move in. But soon were deleted after move out even though she stated she would upload the walkthrough pics never did. Requested a walk through she simply stated there would be none. Will await reply for my request. Have contacted a program in the local Seattle area to help me recover my deposit please report to better business enough complaints maybe something will happen.

Edit* she provided only half of pics, prior move in pics were not uploaded and itemized receipt was also null. Stated that owner would charge me more all because I wanted an itemized receipt. Think it has to specify, will look up WAC. Will update my case manager, BBB as well. Please go to Gary Mann or rent privately. First time I've gotten no deposit back.

Had the privilege of working with Jen recently to rent one of their properties and I would recommend them to anyone. She is friendly helpful and amazing to work with. The entire team is fantastic responsive and professional. The overall process was quick and easy, I was very blessed to work with them and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

If you are a disabled senior and have a poor credit rating due to the fact you were in an accident in which you were disabled due to another person lack of concern for the safety of others and became disabled due to no fault of your own. Pray you do not find yourself needing a home and that home is managed by Cherie of the Moses Lake, Windermere office! She has zero compassion for anyone unfortunate enough on SSA and she is quick to make a negative decision as to whether on not she will allow you a home to live in.

It's my opinion she only generates extra income for herself through getting people that are living on a fixed income to waste their limited funds have credit checks run and then refusing to even consider renting to any person that is elderly, disabled and without a home. She was practically laughing when I asked what it might take for me to be able to rent one of the homes they manage. I have never in my entire life had to deal with any individual possessed such negative attitude toward the elderly. I may never been more disrespected in my life. I certainly hope that when she becomes elderly and has to live in a fixed income like some other people because of the lack of concern by companies that have semi drivers and only care about making it to their destination on time. Have a lack of concern for what they're doing to the general public when they hit them. My ability to generate income was immediately want prior to my being able to continue to work until I was 66 and 4 months old because of someone with such a lack of concern as I have fore mentioned.

Then I became unfortunate enough to find a house that was renting through Windermere property Management and had to unfortunately deal with Cherie. I hope her parents are ashamed of her and how she treats it disabled elderly with total and complete disrespect and zero compassion!

The rent was well within my means to pay monthly and yet she gave me unreasonable requirements for cosigner and I feel this is 100% discrimination against the poor and the elderly!

I had recently rented from this company for over 6 years. I had sold my home and had less than 48 hours to find a place and move. They got me keys to a very nice place that afternoon. They were amazing to rent from. Never had any issues with services or responses and they were very compassionate, especially with certain situations. Everything from the passing of my father, a near fatal crash I was involved in and then this Covid-19 issue. They were extremely workable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. The rental was very clean, exactly what I was needing and again, could not have asked for better people when the time came for needing a place and so quickly. I cannot thank Jeff Foster and Cherie Demmer enough for everything that they have done for me and my family.

Worst property management company I’ve ever been involved with! I tried to post a review on yelp, but they don’t have a page. They have horrible customer service! They nickel and dime you wherever they can. When I moved in they charged me a $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee on top of the $650 deposit. Their units have the cheapest of cheap appliances and things will break if you just look at them wrong. It takes forever for anyone to come out and make a repair if one needs to be made. Upon move-out i spent an entire weekend deep-cleaning the unit so i could get my entire deposit back. They were still able to get me with some BS $50 charge for something that was in perfect working order. Do yourself a favor, before you move in with them because you think it might be a good deal and spend a little more time looking around!

Vivian has been an EXCEPTIONAL agent for us to work with. She took the time to get to know us and worked with us on any questions she had on our rental history and other personal concerns when renting to us. For us getting into this house was a must do for personal life issues and this is someplace we had always dreamt of living, thanks to vivian and her team we are now able to have the dream home we've always wanted. The bad reviews on here must be from those who have higher than attainable expectations because when you treat a prospective landlord with the respect they deserve and have earned then you receive it right back. I would HIGHLY recommend vivian and Windermere to anyone looking to rent in the greater grant county area and I am extremely picky on who I personally recommend

Office receptionist is great problem there but some of the properties really need to be inspected before putting them for rent. For example making sure everything works properly. But overall there nice rentals n ni e employees.
