I tried for more than half a year to discuss getting off a lease I co-signed on. I never heard back from from their office, via email or phone, then one day I got an automated email asking me to sign a new lease, quickly followed by a cancellation of that lease request, and then a notification that I was no longer able to login to their portal. After 6+ months of silence. The failure to communicate was very frustrating.
