Moved out to bad service and still wanting a $500 monthly increase when NO work was done and the neighbors smoke in the house to make it all smell like smoke.

Townhouse we moved into had not been worked on at all when we moved in due to the previous renter having troubles with management and neighbors. Should have taken that as a warning. Multiple work orders were placed after move in for broken items. People kept knocking at our door looking for someone. Little did we know ownership and management company were being served for unlawful practices. (The owner let us know later they lost that case.) While living there multiple trees fell, I had to chop them up and move them even though the lease said they would. When we had a racially tense situation with the neighbors, they already knew about him and provided in depth history that was not given at the tour. Was charged for placing a work order on a faulty dishwasher that was in broken condition at move in.

At move out, the house was in the same condition it was provided to us. We still paid a cleaner. Expected minimal charges per usual. Was forced to take time off work to meet them due to their inability to work with our schedule. When they arrived they then stated they could not complete the inspection. We then rescheduled, after I took the day off to come back from ona Saturday. When the inspection finally showed up, 2 people we never met and Dawnettes assistant Riley showed up. Only 1 person was there for move in. Received damages over 2300 and still owe?

I got great service, the office was responsive and took charge of the property. We are grateful to their foresight to have visited our property after the deep freeze this winter as one of the pipes had burst. The property was between rentals, saved us a lot of money as the broken pipe was discovered and the leak damage was not as extensive. All in all a great experience.

Alec Near very unprofessional! I have 28 email correspondences between me trying to contact Alec, finally making contact after contacting the office several times, cell phone as well. I attempted to meet with Alec on several occasions and yet he never kept an appointment. I complied to all his request to reschedule constantly and still a no show or some excuse. When Alec Near finally reached out to me to meet I thought ok this time will work as I had already seen the unit and loved it as a great fit for my family. On the day of viewing Alec had us waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled time, did not show up nor did he reach out via email or text I had to call him (no answer). I sent Alec Near an email and it took him even longer to respond to that all while we were waiting at the property ( I even reached out to the office again). When Alec Near finally responded to my email he stated he won't be able to make let's try for tomorrow. I don't know if he realize that I work for a living and that the constant rescheduling was a HUGE inconvenience. He had no respect for our time or schedule I realized at this point. I also reached out to Ed Verdi per the receptionist advice to report my experience with Alec Near and not even Ed Verdi found it necessary to respond to me. This office is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's horrible when you can't be professional, respectful, and have a lack of compassion in the business of assisting families with finding a home when that's your job. Thank goodness for McPherson's Property Management and the professionalism of there property managers Lorrain Walker (if you need a reliable property management service). All I can say is my experience with Lorrain Walker at McPherson's Property Management thus far has been highly professional, respectful of time management on both parties side, compassionate of my families needs, and considerate in all aspects I will be giving Lorrain a 5 star review because that's just how great she has treated my family. As for Windermere Property Management NO THANK YOU AND I WOULDN'T CONSIDER YOU ALL EVER AGAIN! Thank you for showing me what this company represents before I signed a lease with you all.
