This review is certainly overdue as we worked with Nicole and Kelly on our deal some 4 months ago and are still having issues with the sale and now have been ghosted by them. We had multiple issues during the course of the sale: Incredibly slow response times that always were accompanied by an excuse (Sick, Full day showing homes, Out of Town, Etc). We were given inaccurate information: informed the storm drain was eminently being fixed by the city which was a major eye sore to the curb appeal of the property. When calling the city and finally finding the right person (Originally given wrong contact) it wasn't eminently being repaired it was scheduled for 2 years out. Yes 2026. We had to personally escalate to get it resolved. We asked about a utility proration being done our deal. Originally told by Kelly the Title company wouldn't do that. Then we were promised it would be a demand letter that would be done in lieu of the protation. That never materialized either. Due to it being a sellers market we didn't push it and closed with a handshake. We came to find out a utility withholding was done but we were never informed during closing it was done nor could we review it. Now as we've received the invoices we are short the utilities and it's been some 45 days and the sellers won't pay them. We've now had to jump in ourselves and work with the closing company directly. It's funny because all the while Nicole would tell us it's "more time consuming" working with buyers without agents. Well if the job was done right the first time it's not! Ridiculous.

It was fantastic. They were fundamental in supporting a art presentation for special needs artists.my daughter is autistic and she is a very excellent artist. I will hopefully be able to show her work next time. Love what Windermere is doing for this cause.

Pete, the owner was attentive and very caring to my complaints of unethical treatment by one of his real estate agents. I recommend calling the office directly and speaking with him if you have any concerns about any of the Greenwood Windermere real estate agents.

Sharon Giampietro is the best! She was so patient, knowledgeable, and had our best interests at heart to help us find our first house through what seemed like a roller-coaster of a process. We are so lucky to have worked with her. Highly recommended!

I am very currently renting from a slumlord who works here. He has split up a house like an apartment and has three different broke women including me renting out the house. We all share the mail box (which I know is illegal) and split the utilities. When I arrived there was a washer and dryer I shared with the tenant upstairs who runs an air bnb that I pay utilities on..the washer broke because of its heavy use and the landlord told me it was my job to supply a working clothing washer for me and his other tenant. I then bought a used one for his property! Whenever it breaks I have to pay for it out of pocket with the other tenant.
Me and the other tenants are treated as if we are a family and we must "work it out amongst ourselves"..
I'm also asked to keep the yard tighty. The yard tools were damaged and he said "that's my problem".. there are several uncared for pets upstairs that he has turned a blinde eye on..there was animal feces out side my door to the laundry room for 6 months. He has entered into my apartment without a heads up and let my cat out. He is unconcerned about what goes on in his "apartment" as long as he gets his money. He then raised my rent to 1000 along with every two months 300 dollar utilities. I live in a small one bedroom basement.
I went by his office today to drop by a check. The receptionist "Sara" stopped me at the front door, not letting me come in...I politely asked for an envelope (because I had gotten one before there, when I had forgotten one) she said they had no envelopes. The receptionist at a real estate company had no envelopes?
This place is sketchy and rude. I would never recommend this place to my greatest enemy.
