They were supposed to have a foreclosure process and networking event. I literally wasted my gas and time because the door was locked when I got there. It was another car outside waiting as well. If they wasn’t going to have the class, simply reach out to customers or take the post down!

Adriann Ford is THE BEST. Walking into an open house we saw and meeting her was the best decision we ever made. We bought a house in Puyallup sight unseen while living in Dallas. Adriann goes far above any expectations and worked like crazy through all the offers we made, helped us find wonderful people to work with for all stages. She took a whole bunch of videos and photos of the house we decided on and the neighborhood and was available constantly. She must work 24/7 because even with the time difference she was always getting back to us immediately. Also, her confidence and calm and industry knowledge really helped quell the nerves and emotional ups and downs when trying to make such a huge decision with all the money we can scrape together. I am recommending her to EVERYONE. What a consummate professional and all around lovely person!!! Thank you for helping us find our dream home and navigate so much difficult, Adriann!

I am writing this review for Kelli Jo Hjalseth and Sharon Benson. They and their manager Michael Handy have decades of experience each working in Tacoma's weird and wild market.

Katsumi went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I came from out of town and bought the house sight un-seen, and Katsumi made everything easy. I had unique requirements, and Katsumi's experience was unparalleled. He provided expert guidance, provided accurate and detailed information, and was available to answer questions/provide advice promptly at all times. This was my first time buying a house, and Katsumi set the bar extremely high.

I was overseas while shopping for houses, so Katsumi did a stellar job of visiting open houses and performing walkthrough videos. He provided excellent, detailed descriptions/commentary about the homes and neighborhoods with expert, objective, and honest feedback.

I am extremely pleased with the home purchase, and it is all Thanks to Katsumi. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is truly a professional and the best in the business.

Amanda Jorgensen is completely unprofessional, rude and did not represent me well at all. If you end up having to work with her i would suggest to do it all via text and emails not over the phone, she tells you something in one conversation and when you reference it in another she says things like "i never said that" i couldn't have misunderstood that many times! She did not look out for my best interests just her own.... never again! I would give her zero stars if i could
