Don't be fooled by his tenure in the business. Scott Cannon seems to be a great realtor, but he tends to undervalue your property for a quick sale. He also cares more about his business connections than his customers, despite his pleasant demeanor. I had one successful sale with him, though he suggested a value much less than I sold for. The second sale, he dropped me as a client the moment I questioned the title agent he considers an "absolute asset". Realtors are a dime-a-dozen. Avoid this one and give your business to one who will actually be your advocate and work hard for you.
