Avoid renting a property they manage (or using them to manage your property) at all costs. They collect management fees without much service.

Unnecesseary deductions from deposits. Left property in better condition than on move in date. Passed off improvements beyond the condition of the property at move in to likely pad their revenues. Poor excuse Loren told me "well I wasn't the property manager when you moved in" when contesting.

Didn't pro rate our final month despite being told it would be prorated and refunded at move out. Was told to pay the final month in full and the prorated amount would be refunded.

Slow repsonse times. Had a large tree in the backyard with 2 gigantic limbs broken off the tree in a windstorm. They were being supported by the tree but completly loose. This was a few weeks before our move out and they didn't do anything about it while we were there. Was scared to let our dog out there since they would seriously harm anyone under it if they were to fall.

Steep security deposits and the deposit, less outrageous deductions, wasn't mailed out until 22nd day after move out.

They'll milk you for eveything with poor customer service.

Very poor at managing properties, I've had countless problems with their property managers mismanaging my property and have had liens on my property due to them not taking care of bills. They offer no solutions other than apologizing for their mistakes.
