Windermere Real Estate on Whidbey Island is absolutely the real estate team to work with when you're looking to purchase on the island. The office is incredibly professional and easy to work with.

Jim Tomisser is the agent for you, especially if you were looking to buy property remotely. We looked at dozens of properties over a six month period and Jim was more than willing to go to any of the locations and do video tours, video conference calls, and providing detailed videos and pictures whenever needed. Jim also went through the extra effort to look into the areas of the island that we were looking at and gave us his honest feedback of these areas and any potential complications to what we were specifically looking for. He went above and beyond in every way for us.
He took into account specific things that we were looking for and used those criteria to help us narrow down places to look. In the challenging housing market of 2023, it was his diligence and knowledge of real estate marketing, and the direct knowledge of the island that helped us land on the perfect property. He never gave up on helping us. Jim never got tired of doing his absolute due diligence in trying to find what it was that we were looking for. Jim has continued to be there for us as we move across country to get to the island. Six months of hard work on his part and we are happy to call Whidbey Island our home.

Windermere South Whidbey was amazing to help sell our house. Gordy and Steve provided contacts for subcontractors to do all the repairs and cleanup necessary on my parents house and even went to Costco for plants in containers for the deck and picked up flooring! We can’t recommend them highly enough, they were wonderful to work with.
