I have been a tenant for a year now with Windermere and they are absolutely amazing, when I need anything fix they are always on it, when I go to their office they are very warm and nice making you feel welcomed, they are quick and efficient in letting you know if there are changes happening and they are compassionate about helping people get in a home. The women there are great and good at their job because they care.

My contacts were Dani and Jodi, and I had a great experience! There were disclaimers in the signatures of their emails that let me know they were short-staffed with reduced office hours; however, I feel like they were more responsive, and took care of me as a potential renter more than some of the bigger, fully staffed companies in the area. I've been moved in for about a week, and they've been great to work with!

I just got out of a bad marriage and really needed a new place on short notice. The way I was treated before I was even a renter let me know I wasn't wasting my time. They have a good balance between city professionalism and small-town friendliness. Highly recommend!

I'm going to be as concise as possible. This was the absolute worst experience as a first time renter. Terrible communication. Terrible experience with dealing with property owners VS rental company. Ant/Bat/Mice infestation from day one. DO NOT rent with Windermere.

Windermere has been great. Their communication with us has been excellent. Response time to questions or minor issues has been quick and professional. Our rental is affordable and it was sparkly clean when we moved in. We are really happy with everything. We just signed another lease.

Terrible! Do NOT go through this unprofessional property mtg. company. I recently applied and was denied. The woman Jodi who works the front office is awful. I applied for a place and had obtained the owners contact information and had talked with them about a *possible reduction* in rent and she went behind my back ***after we applied*** and told the owners that I had told them they reduced the rent by $100.00 when they had never agreed to such. I already knew after that I had a bad feeling, she then called me 3 days later to tell me we were not accepted due to noise complaints at my previous apartment complex. Ridiculous!! I will no longer look at or consider any properties that has to do Windermere. Thumbs down...

I love my Realtor. Denise Luikart is just the best! She is well prepared, knowledgeable, fun and eager to help with the process of selling or buying a home. She helped me find, and purchase my current home almost four year's ago. I'm continuing to utilize her expertise to sell now.

I fell in love with the house i was renting from this property management. I signed a year lease on May 16th 2016 thinking the end of my lease would be May 16th, 2017. That wasn't the case. After that i would automatically go month to month should i decide to stay. In April of 2017 they gave no option of notice to vacate, but instead began sending me letters of notice to vacate in the month i thought I'd only have to pay half months rent. When they told me i was responsible for the full months rent because my month to month started in May, i bit the bullet because i was planning to stay a while longer.

A few days after i paid the other half, they sent me an email saying the owner of the house wanted me to sign another year lease rather than go month to month, even though month to month was what was agreed upon at the beginning. I obliged and said that another year would be fine, as i had a 5 year old son and a baby on the way.

A few more days pass, and they tell me they think the owner wanted to sell. They gave me until the end of May to be out....

Seeing as how i had no options, i made arrangements and moved back home and got a storage unit. About 6 days into June, i check Craigslist and they have the house i was renting listed.... When i emailed about it, they said the owners appraisal didn't go the way they'd hoped and they decided to rent for another year. I asked if that meant i could just come back and i got no response for 2 days. I emailed again asking if i were coming back since i hadn't gotten my deposit back and they told me the owner decided to rent to a FAMILY MEMBER.

That information told me their plans were premeditated and rather than telling me upfront they made up a lie about wanting to sell. They had no legitimate reason to evict me, they had rent early every month and i was a great tenant. So they had to lie about it to get me out.

She told me my deposit was on its way and out of $1500 i only got back $455. I paid all utilities in the end and they still deducted $83 from my deposit for the water bill. When i called about it they said they were waiting to be refunded by the city before any checks could be sent to me.

DO NOT RENT FROM WINDERMERE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They are unprofessional and unethical, only taking money anywhere they can.

I have rented from Windermere for two years. The rental staff and the maintenance staff have been great. There was an unforeseen incident when a window was broken, and the handymen were out that night, which was a holiday, to fix it. We worked with an agent named Monica, who was attentive and helpful from move-in to move-out.
