Jennifer Felton is the seller's agent for a property that I am interested as a prospective buyer. Jennifer believed it was not her job to show me the house she would be paid to sell, and required a buyer's agent to show me even though she would profit on the sale of the house and her very job is to, sell this house. She also refused to do an open house. This is a warning for sellers to avoid this agent. This agent will have you miss out on sales. Whatever reasoning she may have for her actions, she is successful in pushing away buyers.
