This is the second time that I have used Windermere in Silverdale to purchase a property. This time around I was fortunate enough to work with both Adam Moon and Nick Blickhan. Steve is rated the best in the county. I have no idea how. I was told he wasn't ALLOWED to show me houses outside of my price range even after explaining I did have additional funds. I flew in from out of state and nothing was available so he sent me every house in the price range, completely disregarding my needs in a home and sending most in high crime areas. He couldn't be bothered with me and his lender he had me used potentially costed me a home after disclosing to the seller's agent (guess who they work for) that I was originally with him. This guy can't be bothered to find you a house you want, he just cares about the amount and uses his connections to close a deal or in my case cause disadvantages to you if you choose someone else.
