I have to say that I’ve looked at a few properties the day I decided to purchase my home. They were in different cities and some were also D.R. Horton homes, so you know the quality of the houses were great. So there was a lot to choose from, but what made it a defining factor was Charles Rollet. Walked in one day out of curiosity. Was greeted by Sonya who was very friendly and not pushy. Ended up coming back a few days later and being approved for a home.
