I lived at windsor for 3 years, the only reason to live here is the convenience of being in a shopping center.
Be prepared for your rent to raise 200-300 each year with nothing changing to your apartment. When I first moved in I paid 2000 for rent, when I moved out they were asking for 2700 now it’s on the market for 2800 (it is very much not worth 2800). The appliances are not updated, my dishwasher and washer machine would leave dishes and clothes dirtier than when I placed them in and they refused to replace appliances. I would be woken up every morning by cars and dogs barking, the location is very loud.
There are no security cameras at this location, my license plate was stolen in the parking garage as well as a teenager graffitiing next to my car and my car was towed when I paid 50 dollars a month to park in the garage (50 dollars to park when you’re paying 2500 for rent is insane) Teenagers will throw fruit off the garage into the pool every summer, one year they threw chocolate in the dog park. There is broken glass at just about every sidewalk as well as dog feces every 5 steps you take. Maintenance will enter your apartment every other month for “inspections” and not complete any air filter changes or complete pest control as they say they are. Be ready for the fire alarms… every month all day or randomly at night as false alarms…
The leasing office managers are not kind and you will get a different answer based on who you speak to. It is not a “luxury” apartment as they advertise it is just an expensive apartment in a shopping center.
Please search else where for an apartment, I highly do not recommended living here. Only positive of living here was the convenience of being next to shops and the closet was pretty big! The maintenance team was pretty great and quick to fix issues as well as the snow removal was pretty good too.

I've been a resident for almost a year now and I have been pleasantly surprised with my loving experience at these apartments. I have lived in many apts throughout the Loudoun area and I'm impressed with how quickly and efficiently staff communicate with residents. The community events for residents are fun, and always worth showing up for, maintenance crews respond to issues quickly, and it seems the location is always receiving some sort of upgrade / upkeep whether it's the new gym they are building currently or simply up keeping with new painted walls and security. Parking is convenient. It's truly a luxury to live within walking distance of the local stores, I feel as if I can truly relax and enjoy what the village has to offer. Cheers.

Windsor Leesburg has been a great complex to live in, I am looking forward to all of the updated amenities in the Clubhouse! The maintenance team, especially Jonathan and Juan are super responsive and never leave without providing an update about the work order. They always respond to a request within 24 hours, which you cannot find at most apartment complex’s. I look forward to another year here!

The maintenance team here is the best we’ve ever encountered. We’ve been renting for over a decade at various places and they are amazing here at Windsor Leesburg building K. They are always very quick to respond and they get the problem fixed promptly. And they’re super nice. Thank you for a great maintenance team!!

We love living at the Metropolitan. Brooke has been so great to us, she is so responsive and friendly. This is a great place for dogs. There is a fenced-in dog park covered by astro turf. There are plenty of dogs around, so it is easy to gather in the dog park so that your dog can run around with other dogs. The dog park is a great part of living in the apartment, but it is not perfect. The sprinkler inside the dog park is broken, so the turf can start to smell if we do not get rain. Also, the turf is beginning to curl up at the seams and separating to expose the rubber underneath. Some of the fence posts are broken (pictures attached). I hope they may do some maintenance to the dog park. In October 2022, the new manager, Robert, said he would make the repairs to the dog park, so I will be excited to see the repairs.

Jonathan and Juan are beyond amazing! It was a positive experience from the moment I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished! Nothing but kindness and professionalism despite how much work was needed to be done. For young guys, they are very hard-working and deserve a big fat raise!!!

I am very happy I chose to live in the MET Leesburg. I found the staff to be very helpful through the entire rental process. The professional service and treatment didn’t stop after I signed the contract. The front office has been really responsive to any of my questions or concerns. I would like to single out the outstanding service the Manager Brooke provide. She is very professional and work hard to help me with any of my questions. I highly recommend living here.
