I have rented several locations through Wine Country to Coast Vacations over the past few years. I have found the lily Pad to be one of our favorite spots. With the beautiful scenery and private dock leading to the Russian River it is a wonderful and relaxing spot to stay.

The home is clean and comfortable, helping to get away from the stresses of life. It is the perfect distance from city life, not too far to drive and you feel like you have really gotten away. It is truly lovely.

We had young kids to older folks and of course the dogs, there was something for everyone. The week we were there it was in the cooler side, I would love to have slightly warmer weather to really enjoy the kayaks and swimming in the Russian River, but it was lovely waking up to the beautiful trees.

Walking downtown is close and is a pretty walk. We determined Thursday appeared to be the best days to venture downtown as more of the businesses were open to frequent. We did not drive at all during our stay and felt relaxed just enjoying the Lily Pad. I would highly recommend staying at this location. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They are always spotless and working with the folks at the agency is always seamless and easy. They respond immediately when needed. Highly recommended!

I do not write this review easily. The house great. Proximity to town great. Ambiance great. This issues are with the neighborhood. The surrounding houses are quite literally junk yards. The neighbors are nosey and will come peek through the fence. If the neighbors catch you having too many people or too many cars they will report you. You cannot even have people over to socialize. After you get reported you are called and treated like a criminal, told you have ten minutes to correct the issue, or you will be fined $500 dollars and evicted. It's sad because I really loved this place. But I warn you, choose somewhere else so you can actually relax and not have to worry about crazy neighbors and threatening phone calls. There are so many amazing houses in this region. Choose of of them that actually want their guests to have a nice stay.

* Update: shortly after posting this review we were notified by this company that we have to remove this review. I refuse. Do not use this company. They are rude and threaten fines at every turn.

**Clarification: I did not book the stay, but I paid to stay. I was the one that talked to you on the phone where you were extremely unprofessional and rude. We made an honest mistake and had guests. It was 7pm and even security mentioned how quiet we were. We were respectful of the neighbors and contained all people to the game room garage. When asked to correct the issue we totally understood and just asked for some time to vacate since we were making dinner. We are human. Honest mistake. We did not deserve to be treated so poorly by you. I stand by my review. This is an awful way to run a business. Justify what you must. The experience we had dealing with you was terrible. And then to demand we remove our review. Shows what kind of management company this is. Buyer beware. Never use this company.

I recently came across a property managed by this company and was intrigued. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized their inflexible 4:00 PM check-in policy. They wanted to charge an "Early Check-In Fee." As a Super Host myself, I prioritize flexibility and accommodating guests' needs, and I would hesitate to entrust my property to such rigidity.

In the fast-paced world of hospitality, being pennywise and pound foolish can lead to missed opportunities. Unfortunately, this last-minute booking is likely to remain vacant due to their unwillingness to adapt.

Edit: The latest review of this property management company reinforces our initial concerns: they are unreasonable, unwelcoming, and course. We’re very glad we decided not to use their services - we had a great experience with a family ran place just down the road. Property managers like this are tarnishing the reputation of the short-term rental industry.

I have stayed in Wine Country to Coast properties on two separate vacations to Sonoma County, and have booked another adventure for October! My most recent stay was at the gorgeous Dillon beach, Sea Glass property. This rental offers stunning views, a huge hot tub overlooking the Pacific, and all the comforts of a well run home. Every detail was perfect: the house was spotless and well appointed, the linens were of good quality, and staff was available and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this company for a hassle-free get away!

I have 2 favorites! Redwood Retreat at the River is a sweet house in a quiet neighborhood. Great beds, good size kitchen and very comfortable living room. The River is just a walk a few minutes from the house! Free wifi so when I had to work it still felt like a vacation!

Breaking Waves is on the bluff of Dillon Beach! The back wall of the house is all windows with stunning views. Step outside on the deck and you have the ocean at your feet! Stars at night are magnificent and the moon sets on the water as does the sunsets.
It's not unusual to see dolphins playing in the surf below. I always sleep with the glass sliding down open in the Master Bedroom to hear the ocean while going to sleep.
I highly recommend both River and Beach Homes and the staff at Wine Country to Coast are the best!

Former (always!) Guerneville resident and big fan of the family-like team at Wine Country to Coast. My home was actually on their roster for a time before I moved in full time. Attentive to both their homeowner clients and vacationing customers, WC2C works very hard to make your stay unique and comfortable. Like home, really. The Russian River area and surrounding coastline is fortunate to have them managing these beautiful properties. Highly recommend!
