STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

1. They dont respect your privacy.
2. They will try their best to steal a big part of your deposit.

Once you sign the lease they treat you like dirt.
When you wish to be present during repairs, maintenance, move out inspection they completely ignore you and go in whenever they want, leaving a lot of dirt behind..

When you tell them they can go in when you are not home and give them time window of Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, be sure they will come friday morning screaming "MAINTANACE OPEN UP!". Then, if you dont open within 15 seconds, they just walk in..

Deposit.
When you're moving out, they will ask for your new address under the pretense of needing it for your deposit refund. But don’t be fooled—they’re really assessing whether you’ll be too far away to come back and fight them for half of your deposit they will steal.

If you are moving far, they will jack up nonsense chargers because they know you wont be around to sue them. if you are moving nearby, they will charge you just so that it doesnt make sense for you to lose a day at work to go to court. good luck, please let this place go bankrupt.

The Winsted Apartments have great amenities and an amazing staff. There were a few hiccups when we moved in just appliance wise but everything was resolved and it was made clear the staffing such as Jacob, Robin and Manuel were here to help! This is such a good location to be near many enjoyable things but also not near heavy traffic so it's not noisy. Trails and parks around are neat too. Love having our own washer and dryer. All in all, this apartment complex was the best decision my roommates and I went for.

The best place I’ve stayed at. I recently moved due to military orders if not I’d probably stay here as long as I could. The price is a bit high for 1b/1b but personally I think it’s worth it. It’s a quiet neighborhood and the trail/ park makes a good morning walk/ run. The staff here are amazing especially the maintenance crew. Everytime I needed something fix they’re there within the hr or the very next day. The management team is also phenomenal. I've had some issue with moving and they've been working with me through it all. This is also the first place I haven’t had my packages stolen after it being left out for a few days. Overall great place and great neighborhood.

Our apartment received flood damage by a neighboring apartment, and the fix was to rip apart base boards, hire a blind guy to reinstall them, and leave giant fans to run for a week on the tenants dime, with no reimbursement. Our sliding door was broken for months, and they had contractors come out 5+ times to look at it, and finally fix it 2 months later. Our dishwasher caught on fire. The mail system is broken and most of the time your packages wouldn't be able to be received, or they'd go to the wrong person. The vacant apartment next to us was broken into via the bedroom window, as they left it unlocked between tenants. The only decent office employee quit, smartly Overall, terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's looking for something half decent. If you don't give them rent notice BEFORE your lease ends, they charge you for an entire additional month. (My lease ends, If i intended to still live here, id let you know) Enjoy a $2200/mo 700sq/ft closet.

My husband and I are so happy here! Every employee and resident we met has been so kind, and we have never had an apartment feel so much like home. The pool and hot tub are so nice, we only wish the hot tub was open earlier in the mornings! Also, the maintenance staff is so on top of it! We love it here and would definitely recommend this community.

Joshua connected with me last night when I posted my issue! Garbage disposal was leaking and had poured out onto the floor of the complete area underneath. He arranged to be here at 9 am. Joshua did a great job! He replaced my garbage disposal! I asked Joshua to show me how I could remove parts in dishwasher in order to keep it clean and functioning to its maximum! He showed me how to do this. Joshua is courteous and super efficient, definitely a huge asset to the Winsted community!!!
