Where to start. My mom hired Lisa Vela to sell my deceased grandparents property. Horrible mistake. Seemed nice but dropped the ball so so many times. Did not communicate that the buyers offer was contingent on the sale of her home in California. Escrow went past a full month! I had to make numerous calls on behalf of my family to get information on when the property would close, why it wasn’t closing, and when to expect the funds from the close of the sale. When my mom asked if we were closed and when we would receive the funds she told my mom “just check to see if you have received your closing funds”. What exactly is she being paid to do if not answer questions and work on behalf of her client. Do not recommend this agent or brokerage if they can’t properly train.
